DE Mazda 2 (Demio) 2007 to 2014: Driver's door deconstruction.

This is how most car door locks work. This is a DE Mazda 2 (Demio), but pretty much all modern cars are like this.
I forgot to mention in the video, but what I think has happened with the customer's car is that the blue plastic clip on the top of the lock actuating rod has slipped off, and so when they turn their key, nothing happens.
