Happy red panda day! If you can, it would mean the world to me if you would donate to the Red Panda Network via this link, first 3 donors I'll send a small Lego Red Panda! givebutter.com/fundraise-for-the-first-panda/jurrienbrondijk
You have to visit the new exhibit in Zoo Wuppertal, definitely one of the top 3 in europe. 1.250 m² big, self-sufficient with planted bamboo and socialize with crested deer.
@@fazolettofazolettini9624 i have seen it? Haven't I included it in one of the earlier videos? Maybe while it was still under construction... It is indeed very nice :)
In the UK there's a total amount of 37 places here that currently house red pandas in which all of them are the Himalayan species. In the comment section of the previous red panda video, I said that I saw them at Hertfordshire zoo, Wingham wildlife park, Port Lympne, Colchester zoo, Drusilla's, Marwell zoo and Amazon World. The other places in the UK that house them are Banham zoo, Birmingham wildlife conservation park, Blackpool zoo, Chester zoo, Cotswold wildlife park, Drayton Manor theme park, Dudley zoo, Exmoor zoo, Flamingo land, Lake District wildlife park, Longleat safari park, Newquay zoo, Paignton zoo, Paradise park, Peak wildlife park, Shepreth wildlife park, South Lakes safari zoo, Thrigby Hall wildlife gardens, West Midlands safari park, Wild Place Project, Woburn safari park, Woodside wildlife and falconry park, Yorkshire wildlife park, ZSL Whipsnade zoo, Belfast zoo, Folly farm, Manor wildlife park, Welsh Mountain zoo, Edinburgh zoo and Five Sisters zoo park.
Other Red Panda Habitats my like is from Avifauna (behind the scenes), Tierpark Berlin (1 & 2), Zoo Berlin, Zoo Halle, Sergengeti-park Hodenhagen, Zoo Leipzic and Zoo Mageburg (new).🔴🐼🥰❤ I love Red Pandas and I like for them to have Large Enclosure with Natural Parts from the Eastern Himalayan Broadleaf Forests, Tree Branches to climbing, Nesting Boxes for Sleep🔴🐼😴 & Indoor Enclosure with many Climbing Frames.🔴🐼🌳🏞 + 🤩😉👍✨
I dont understand why aqua zoo didnt place the european otter or small clawed otter in the red panda enclosure. Their old enclosure had small clawed otters.
@@justGoron why waste space on another common zoo animal? The only reason I can think of is breeding purposes. Let's hope they indeed have other plans for them but secretly I'm hoping for more pinnepeds. Because aqua zoo should focus on saltwater for when Dolfinarium goes bankrupt or changes in a water park.
@@GibbonLord Now that you mention it the zookeeper did mention something about the pandas and otters not really getting along great and it potentially interfering with breeding

So much! I really want to go to one (or multiple >:) ) UK zoo that has red panda meet and greets, I know they're quite common there :)

Their old enclosure had small clawed otters.
If I had to guess it might be they want to change the layout of the zoo and have otters in mind somewhere else.
