Last night the Holy Spirit was letting me know I need to read my Bible. And I decided to turn on the Tv instead. I’m my heart, I said if you want me to read the Bible just make something happen to the Tv. Immediately when I turned it on the signal went off…. I then Immediately opened up my Bible and started to read it. I’m so sorry father for disobeying you! Forgive me father of all my sins and help me be a better person for you Lord! 😢🙏❤️

Thank you, this was a confirmation for me just now (concerning my recent prayers) and I appreciate your admonition and exhortation for the body of Christ! We need each other now more than ever! If anyone else here is reading this, and is a brother or sister in Christ, pray for the body of Christ, just as you would lost sinners. The brethren need one another to pray for one another, to pray for baby Christians and those who just got saved or have not been saved very long, there are so many distractions as mentioned here. Pray always, especially for the peace of Jerusalem, for only with Jesus Christ will we have peace restored, may He come quickly! But, we know the time is at hand.

I have the same feeling today. Why am I looking at fb or yt every day? Absolutely enough to do it on Sunday afternoons while it is too hot outside to work in the garden. Or max. 3-4 times a week and shortly. Yrs ago I didn't even looked at fb through weeks, why am I doing now. I need to read my Bible more, I understood in the past few weeks and days that God wants to save me, and the thing I can do is reading my Bible as I used to read it 10-14 yrs ago, ie. every day, with full attention.
This message is what everyone needs to hear right now because it's been on my spirit as urgent for a long while now. The distractions are everywhere trying to pull us away from God. That's why I've been off social media, even just off my phone in general, it's a huge distraction. God wants us to focus on Him and not put anyone or anything above Him... not our spouse, children, friends, parents, job, hobbies - none of that should be above God but people constantly let those things and those relationships rise above God to where He comes second best. GOD FIRST!

The Israelites constantly fell away. We are no different. We go through hills and valleys. It is important to take steps toward Him even when it is undesirable, uncomfortable or not our first thought. I was once in my car driving home in a storm. I couldn't see two feet in front of my car. I was praying to God and asking Him to get me home safe. He did. He helped me and it's critical for me to remember that. It is easy to fall away, but it's important to keep our eyes on Jesus.
Your story was scary, I'm so glad you are OK. Our Lord protected me in a storm and you in that situation. Our God is an awesome God. Thanks be to Jesus, our Savior and our redeemer.🙏

“Distractions” have been on my husband and I, spirit SO HEAVY!!!! And for a while now we’ve been fighting HARD to cut out distractions! So far as to waking up and not even grabbing our phones until after praying and Bible studying, when I say it is SO EASY to become distracted. We’ve been praying to God for ALL discernment in everything because He is coming SOON!! And the enemy is attacking the body of Christ from every direction! I’m telling you it’s been feeling like trial after trial but let us not forget we are but little strength in this WICKED WORLD but that door is opened for us and He is coming ! We can’t shake the feeling because it’s urgent and it’s so strong !! Thank you for sharing this sister! We are in the last seconds of crunch time and we need to hang on and stay focused!! We love y’all so much ! Keep fighting!!

I didn't have to get this way disgusting especially if Jesus is coming and MISS MY GENERATION. I was saved 1991 @16 and put too much ahead of Him letting myself get into a mess. Wasn't Spiritually fighting. I WAS SO HARD-HEADED. I want God Jesus CHRIST BACK LIKE HE FIRST SAVED ME

God has been dealing with me in this area. I also get distracted a lot . So much so I felt as if the Lord was calling me to fast. Time is short, he corrected me in a very serious manner. I appreciate your genuine faith in God and how you talk about repentance. It’s sad people don’t talk about repentance, but if people walked with the holy sprit. 2nd thing, there is something in your message that speaks to me, 1 word, but I cannot decide it yet if God wants to show me something (yesterday I had another random message after BIble-reading and prayer that I didn't expect, it showed me the same 1 word) or I am lying to myself because I am so much focusing on something recently and that is why that 1 word grabs my attention so much. Many yrs ago I was so much focusing on my Grandpapa's healing (Parkinson) that I was focusing on each rhema in the church they spoke about healing. And I was super disappointed when he died, I asked God why he didn't heal him. Now I don't want to make the same mistake. Let God's will happen, not mine. He knows better than I.

The same 1 word, while I was thinking on what could be God's plan "A" and how we could find the plan "A", something very unexpected happened again and it showed exactly that same word. I just hope that on a beautiful day I can tell you my story. In case I am mistaken, I will also tell you, but at this point I don't know yet if satan is tricking me crazily or really God wants to confirm something to me.

This video really touched me. You really explained what happened to you so well and I do believe God spoke to you. It's pretty cool how you felt so strongly to make a TH-cam video. I recently made my first TH-cam video and it's mostly just a product review but I talk about John 3:16 at the end. It may look like nothing but God has been working on me for over a week to make that little video. And I felt strongly that night I should be obedient. God spoke to me I’m going thru hard times . I have put so many things before the Lord . I was on fire for the Lord but just exactly how you said many distractions from the world has taken my eyes of him . I feel I have not been listening and obeying his voice . Not only this after been this way . God has also let me know in this moment of how my daughters have been disobeying me , and ignoring me I am to put a hard hand on them .

That’s crazy! He led me to the whole book of Jeremiah, book of Haggai chapters 1 and 2, book of Zechariah 7 and 8. He’s been calling me to Him, but I’ve personally been distracted also by everyone saying what’s true, what’s not true, how we should do things, and other things. Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of " eternal " life to all who trust Him " alone " for salvation.
Jesus paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation.
Let's be absolutely clear here.
Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.
God immediately declares you justified and gives you everlasting life as a free gift.
Salvation is absolutely free, instant, and eternal, recieved solely by trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone, and is certainly not conditional upon service to God.
Service (discipleship) if you choose it can cost you everything if you go all out in serving God.
Our good works, repenting of sins, and obedience, are for temporal fellowship with God here on earth and for rewards in Heaven or a lack thereof and have absolutely nothing to do with salvation at all.
The only reason anyone will ever be in Heaven is solely by the perfect life, shed blood, death, burial, and resurrection, of Jesus Christ alone.
Anything added or subtracted from this is another gospel.
Let's review: What must I do to be saved?
Make a commitment?
Promise to follow Jesus?
Actually follow Jesus?
Surrender my will?
Pick up my cross daily?
Make Jesus Lord and Master of my life?
Repent of my sins?
Give my life to Christ?
Etc???
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Acts 16:31... believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
That means to put all of your confidence (trust) in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.
I want to share with you something that happened to me a couple of years ago. I had just become a Christian, and I was going to school and was working. I became so distracted with life that I did not make God a priority. I was going thru anxiety, depression, panic attacks and insomnia. One night at 2 am, I was shaking and not able to sleep. So I prayed to God and asked Him " Why and I am going thru this??" I went to bed and I had a dream. I dreamt that I was waiting for someone in a coffee shop. I saw a man walk in and sat at my table. He had a big book in which looked like a big Bible. I slowly recognized that it was Dr. Stanley. He said " YOu have been waiting for me, right? You want to know why you are going throught this?" He opened the book and pointed to a section of the book and said " It says here that you have been to busy with work and school" He closed the book and said " I have to go now because I need to speak with someone else" and left. I woke up and I understood that I had not made God my priority. I know in life we have trials and that makes us stronger and helps us grow in our relationship with Him. If we begin to drift away from Him, He will allow certain trials in our life so we can make Him priority. I am thankful for those trials and I know God placed this video for a reason to watch because I have been to distracted with school again. Thank you again for this video & God bless💓. P.S. I just gave someone this exact book as a present so I know this is confirmation from God!
