For new players i would first recommend playing different classes for couple of reasons: 1. Decide which class or char you like. maplestory has alot of different chars and you might like a different class. 2. build legion and link skills to help ur main char. 3. enjoy the game and different quests and theme dungeons, dont go straight into arcane dailies routine as it might be a bit tedious straight on i saw alot of ppl start and quit although they had alot of support from others... Maplestory has alot of content that can be missed out if you only focus on lvling and bossing at first. I really support joining a guild, it doesnt have to be like OP guild most guilds are ppl that play for fun and are nice to talk with and helpful. I do recommend a guild that is active around your play time as i believe guild is a social group and it will feel wierd not talking to anyone when you play... As a whole maplestory is a daily game as you advance, and alot of things are like the same and can feel like a list of tasks you want to complete everyday, so try to spice things up, ask a friends or a guildie to join a boss run from time to time. i feel its more fun this way and breaks the routine a little bit.
Also worth a mention: Clearing Gold Beach will let you tele there from Guide page, which alongside the Pantheon Portal make it easy to get around for very little cost other than time. It's not a Hyper Teleport Rock, but still plenty useful. Gold Beach -> Six Path Crossway -> Pantheon Portal -> Any Major city in the game.
finally the video I have been waiting for. Progression MS video just tells you which equipment set you need to get like you know where that set is and it just gets so confusing. Come back to the game blind after years just feel impossible
Great guide, coppersan! Also, you can kill a few hundred monsters on select maps to collect guide stamps for easy teleportation if you don’t have the milk potions. Like the rashes in Leafre and coppersan drakes in Sleepywood. ☺️
There are so many things around the main grindygame that boosts your çharacter, when I speedlevel a character I usually have lvl 30 gear at lvl 100 hehe. Really enjoy these tips and things one miss out on!

I highly recommend to buy the lvl 120 necro set if ur starting off new it gives good dmg for its level and helps save you mesos as you can poor man occult then to epic then roll 9% stat and transfer hammer them over to your cra, abso gear/weapon later on. You can also do this for ur Gollux/pink bean belt by buying. The cracked gollux belt, and also the earrings as well buying the cracked gollux earrings and transfer hammering. Honestly people really need to use more of the transfer hammer system can help save you lots of mesos and also provide you ways to make mesos as well.
I have to say, that thanks to you maple is more entertaining and you help all the community to enjoy the game in some many ways, thanks for your videos man, although it is just a "game" for lot of us it is a free way to relaxation on our daily rutines. MUCH LOVE❤️

Been playing since pre pirate off and on abs this guide was still pretty helpful, though being on Aurora most of the things you sold are sub 1m meso so I just need to find a different source of meso until I can get meso%drop on all my accessories

Can you do a vid on the best, worst, funniest, or most obscure quest lines? Or even the most nostalgic ones too like Subani's 60% att scroll quest, sauna robe, and bone helm quest

I played oldschool maple a long time ago, couldn't get above 150ish with a mercedes, came back like 3 to 4 years ago, Im from the area of europe but i played na reboot because there was no eu reboot server - I have like 4000 legion in both na and eu reboot servers, then I quit the because I am 23 years old and trying to have some accomplishments in my life lol. all this time I wondered what it would be like to play in a regular server, I tried it once but failed because I didn't know how to make mesos at all. I now started in luna, my aran is 156 in day 3 of playing. I would just add to your guide that you can't trade unless your character existed for 3 days currently have a cra set and lotus weapon (which I still can't use) without any potential, hoping to see how far I can get

not really gonna watch the whole video before commenting this but if its not mentioned the best and an evergreen method for meso making is farming juniper berries in ardenmill with lv10 herb or mining gold flowers

Copper Drakes accomplish the same and grinding at Drakes is actually more useful around those levels than doing Gold Beach
I prefer going Zipangu to 6 paths to pantheon portal and any other places hahaha

Two reasons. Mid to end game content takes quite some time to get to. I don't have that much time. And the interest in endgame content isn't as big.

If you are in the regular server get damage up first. In reboot you might want to go for crit damage and crit rate (if needed) first
