I figured it was more about the fact that Aqua is more of a shy homebody and so would prefer living in the lap of luxury over wandering around outdoors, while Nene is outgoing and energetic and so would enjoy the freedom to do whatever that a free cat would have. Though, that doesn’t explains why it was rich *dog* vs free *cat* rather than rich cat vs free dog, so that part may be as a joke since Aqua has a pet cat while Nene has a pet dog.
NeneSuba were doomed from the start since Korone is a dog. How are you gonna go against Korone? NeneSuba's good arguments are what got them from 0%-48%, which is it's own kind of victory.
I was shocked when Aqua said that Korone could fly! Like, I could think of any number of counters, like “Why would I sleep in a tree when I could sleep in a nice soft bed?” That one was completely out of the blue! Korone did a great job rolling with it after her initial surprise, though, and Aqua did make some other good arguments, like noting that a cat’s lifespan wouldn’t be enough to see that much of the world, anyways, so the yard of a mansion (which would be quite large) is plenty sufficient as it is. Maybe Aqua meant flying in a plane…? Nah. This is Baqua we’re talking about. I’m somewhat surprised that Aqua didn’t mention the safety and comfort of home. Being a rich dog would be great for a shy introvert like Aqua, much more than being a free cat. Probably why she was placed on Team Dog in the first place. Still, this was hilarious!
