Honestly Hololive managed to rekindle some old favourite TH-camrs of mine specifically Jerod and Koe
I've watched him cover DM Dokuros Reality check through the skulls and his cover of Jacksepticeye's I'm Everywhere seeing back in like 2016
As for Koe I watched his BBTAG content and he basically kindled my love for Fighting Games and these 2 were unironically the main reasons I discovered Hololive back in early 2020
Is just like what Miko said, Jerod is like a Disney character. He brings smile with his stream. His stream is a place to hang out while drinking your coffee and have a good time.
His laughter and positive energy is always super contagious. Even if I've had a rough day at work, I watch his stream or his videos and it always puts me in a better mood.

Anytime I see Hololive and a completely different content creator I enjoy in the same video it brings the biggest smile to my face, it's amazing that Jerod got to do this video.

It’s pretty bizarre seeing Them react to Jarod playing their song on stream, had no idea Miko watched 8bit drummer. Really cool and hope he gets some more viewers from people who havent seen him or his clips yet. Great musician and even better personality
It’s been a bit of a long quiet running joke in the earlier days of Hololive about “you’ve made it when 8bit Jerod plays on top of your songs”
I know there was a bit back and forth between him and Fubuki about a year ago. Where you can see a clip of FBK responding to Jerod responding to her responding to a clip of him playing one of her meme song videos.
@@HappyBeezerStudios the thing is that he plays basically only fan suggested songs, he has an app on his twitch profile that you can submit one link to a song and more often then not, when there is a song release the hololive fans will flood his suggestions to get him to play. that said, he actually doesn't play that much hololive or even vtuber stuff, about 95% to even several streams in a row he won't have any picks but he's gone on doing this for about 2 years already and he has quite a large number of clipped playlists made from clippers with all the times he did it and it is quite a few songs
We need more people like him- honest, charismatic, fun, 8Bit is just a lovable guy.

I’ve found him awhile ago covering Suisei’s Ghost. I really enjoy his covers. The fact that he does them on the first play though always amazes me.

It's actually even crazier than that: this dude is so good that he can play most songs *while* hearing them for the first time. His sense for music and his intuition is off the charts

I love that the both of them, and everyone, agree on one thing. Jerod's enthusiasm energy and happyness is just absolutely contagious. That guy is a hypercharged energy battery. You cant listen to any of his video or vods, and not be filled with energy and good vibes~
And the fact he got so much attention from the eastern/asian comunity and something like hololive and stuff, really amaze me and make me happy for him and everyone that get to enjoy that energy

I love 8bit so much, and seeing and hearing them overwhelmed by his infectious positive and happy attitude makes me smile so much. It's hard to watch his streams and NOT have a good time, and he's just SO good at what he does. So glad he got a bit of a spotlight during MiKorone, that dude absolutely deserves it!

as a pre-hololive fan of jerod, it's been really sick to see his escalation through the hololive lexicon and even to see him included in a huge stream like this one! i was thrilled when i saw it the first time

Never thought I'd see the day that The8bitdrummer would actually get acknowledged by Hololive.
Like many others, Jerod’s cover of the Fubuki Scatman video was my very first exposure to Hololive, and although I didn’t fall in the rabbit hole immediately, he still is one of the main contributing factors to my eventual plunge down said rabbit hole.
And now, watching him record a video for an official Hololive stream, I feel it’s all come full circle. Stay awesome and keep on drummin’, Jerod.

There's such an unbridled sense of joy here, I love how excited they are to see him play, it's really awesome to see all the love being shown to someone that is extremely well deserving of the attention
I know you aren't hurting for translation material after this amazing stream, but the final vtr segment with Ohsera Daichi and Miko's serious moment introducing it is so sweet and emotional and just such a great example of the friendship between these two that I really hope someone *looks around* makes an English clip of it.
