It was available from Massey-Ferguson. I know they now have the skid steer quick attach and may have discontinued this. Contact your dealer to find out.
Gary Gilmore It was about $270.00 last fall. If you check some replies here, I think Vahrenburg Machinery may have posted the exact part number and cost in another post here.
Great Video! I actually have content on this subject I have filmed just have not produced yet. Great Job and keep the Videos coming love seeing others enjoying their Massey Ferguson Tractors!
Just had lots of practice with Buckets and Quick Attach Systems. The more you use the better you will get. Thanks for the kind words and really appreciate it. We just trying to help not only our customers but all Massey Ferguson Owners get more out of their investment. It makes it all worth while when we can assist. But I wish I got to put them to work like customers...I would love to go work in the yard or field and enjoy watching owners videos. Keep them coming!!!
John, after you detach the bucket, what other implements are there that have the same hook-up system as your QH? Front forks, grapple, plow? I purchased an aftermarket QH and forks made for that specific aftermarket QH. So, I guess whatever FEL implement you purchase, it needs to fit on your QH, right? Thanks much John.
Houndsman One The pins need to be the same distance apart as the Massey bucket. I have pallet forks coming from WR Long and they took my QH to make sure all pins are the correct distance. The issue is that third party pins could be different distances with the non-QH pins and still work (with different dump forces and angles. The distance between pins is the other critical distance with this QH.
Are the rear wheel weights you have on your tractor from Massey Ferguson or are they after market? I need some extra ballast for my GC1720 when the backhoe is off.
Derek, I got the weights with the tractor but I believe they were third party. I actually have fluid in the tires plus the weights. The back of my tractor is firmly on the ground. 😉
I don’t. You might call my dealer, Barnes Equipment, in Sims, NC and ask them where they recommend getting wheel weights. I checked the PO and it just lists wheel weights.
Sorry that I missed this when you posted it. My dealer got them from a place in Greensboro, NC if I remember correctly. They were put on when I bought the tractor.
NCSUCPE Tractor Fun, Do have the part number for that quick attach that thing is AWESOME. I want to look into the cost of one and see if my dealer will get me one. Thanks a lot for this video I'm glad you made it.
Louisiana Aquaponics 72533918M -- Quick Attach Tool Carrier for 48-inch or 54-inch Pin Type Bucket is what I got from the Massey Ferguson build site. Checking agcopartsbooks.com to confirm.
Louisiana Aquaponics I don’t know. I got it in my new tractor deal. My dealer has been great to work with. They are giving me the labor for putting on the new seat and steering wheel. Agco/Massey are providing the parts. Seat is back ordered. Looks like it includes pins for the bucket. Search the parts catalog: L100E LOADER then QUICK ATTACH.
Oh Man, You really have a good dealer. My dealer I have to find anything I want and do all the research. I can't even get them to do my 50 hours service work for pay.
Louisiana Aquaponics The dealer makes all the difference. I hate that there are so many bad (or at least not good) dealers. Check for other dealers in reasonable distance. Nothing makes you stay with that bad dealer. Good luck!
NCSUCPE Tractor Fun - THANKS for putting up this video. I want a QH! I am at wits end to do what I want as the only other option I see is mega $$$$. (It does look slick but at some point I just can't justify it and lock myself into there system.) I have a GC1700 series tractor and am really interested in switching between FEL and forks. You state in an earlier comment: "I have pallet forks coming from W R Long and they took my QH to make sure all the pins are the correct size." PLEASE tell me more! Did this work? What model forks did you get from them? Are these custom made and a special order anyone can make? If so, who would I contact at J R Long that would assist me? THANKS!
Paul Cottage I did get the forks. I don’t have the loader on the tractor at the moment. Just call the main WR Long number and I am sure they can help you. I work directly with the owner of the company, Nelson Long. I may see if they will put a plate in place so the swing back to take out the pins works. As it is now, you have to kind of balance the forks on the top pins to pull the bottom ones. Later this summer or fall, I will post a video about the current issue and see if I can solve it. But they do work and work well!

Vahrenberg Implement You put me to shame putting the bucket back on. I love watching your videos. Even when it is a tractor I will never need or use!

Thanks John, I have the same issue that's why I bought my forks from same guy who made the QH. Can't wait to see your forks in action.

Do you know the third party company who makes the weights on your tractor?

I just bought a 2019, haven't picked it up yet. It appears that my loader is setup for skidsteer implements with the double release levers.
Jeffrey, yeah for 2019 they have the skid steer quick attach now. I would get it but I would have to change my forks and bucket. ☹️
