Deep rebuild of Minelab Excalibur.
1. Carbon shaft with integrated pin-point option.
2. Endcaps with M12 connectors for coil and headphones replacement.
3. New decal.
4. Li-ion battery 3400 mAh.
5. Aluminium knob guard.
6. Flexible coil cover made by 3d printing.
7. Replaced condensers on main board to original Panasonic.
8. Replaced all o-rings.
9. Headphones (land type) 100 Ohms or underwater piezo type.

Anton, Excal shaft looks great. I will be buying one from you soon. You have developed some great products for the Excalibur. By the way, I received the new Li-Ion battery pack you developed in the mail. I am going to get out to tHe beach and try it out. Just as soon as I can get out
of the hospital. Been in hospital for 6 days and no end to how long will be in here.

Вітаю вас !. Цікавий апгрейд Ескалібура 👍. На підводну версію можна спробувати робити довшим захист регуляторів , так щоб він захищав не лише крутілки но і торці блока з частиною виходів. На мому апараті до каміння вже злизало торцеві гумки на кришках. Хороших вам ідей та проектів . Щасти вам !

Так...я думав за довший захист для додаткового захисту конекторів. Він у мене чітко під розмір блоку.
А гумки торцеві у мене є в продажі (наразі скінчилися), але будуть десь за тиждень. 5$ ціна за пару.

I'd love see an updated Excalibur with removable coil and HP wires, no knobs to break, etc., but Minelab doesn't make new machines unless there is a market for them. I'm not sure demand is high enough. Too many other water-capable machines out there. However, I do think the Excalibur is still the deepest VLF water machine once you learn how to get deep with it.
