- This tutorial will show you how to dot paint a mandala on a birdhouse, and also create a color-block fade effect on the sides. The tones are inspired by the vibrant greens and purples in the Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights. The same pattern could be used on a stone, or coffee mug, or canvas. All the paints and tools and listed below.

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to discover bird aviaries plans try Panlarko Expert Aviary Planner (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.

The pattern on the roof is beautiful! (Love the whole birdhouse too!!)
Did you make up the pattern on the roof?.. the sequence of dots? Or were you following a certain pattern already printed
Which golden fluid magenta did you use? The Quinacridone Magenta or primary magenta?

Why don't you get lots of bubbles in yoursbaints when you stir vigorously as you did?! I always seem tosget them, and it much much worse if I add liquitex medium! And you had none?! whât am I doing wrong? I use mainly Pebeo heavy body paints or golden.

Lots of dotters on etsy have stencils: just search or google for "dotting stencils" or similar

There are several components to creating an amazing design. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Aviary magic method (google it if you're interested) definately the most helpful course i've heard of. Check out this extraordinary site.
