@@TheShopMiniRC I'm doing well,I was able to run my vintage Traxxas boat on my pond but unfortunately between the motor shaft and output shaft the connection broke.I hope to fix it soon and create nice rooster tails.
Do you ever run into issues with keeping the two 1s cells balanced during use? I've considered going to dual 1s in series for my XRX DPA drift chassis but I'm not super confident with lipo usage like that. Might even try that on my SCX24!
Nope. It’s exactly the same as a 2s. Even if it did unbalance, it’s way easier to rebalance one of the two batteries than it is to balance a cell in a 2s. I wouldn’t worry about the dual 1s being any additional issue.
Question: For the box stock board, can you run brushed modify motors ? I'm just getting back into mini-z after 15 years and a lot of the tech and it's parameters in electronics are new to me. I remember back in the day, i had to change the mosfets to run hotter motors. Sometimes, I even stack fets (2x2) just for insurance of not burning through the mosfets from the mod motors. Thanks in advance for the 411. Love your videos as it helps me get back into the mini-z hobby. ~ Roger
Still doing well I see,Thankyou for the great video.
Indeed. Thanks a ton for watching! I hope you are well.

@@chevyb0195 hope you get it fixed soon!
@@TheShopMiniRC Much appreciated,Cait wait to see your next video.
Bison. Great content and also a good challenge to do to.
It was a fun build to try.
Bison! Great vid bud. Cheers
Thanks my dude!!
Smooth is fast, looks pretty sweet!
For a “box stock” it’s kinda cool.
Have you done a battery video how to set up the 2 1s batteries together
I haven’t… it’s pretty simple though, you can just pick up the wiring harness from Kenonhobby for a double 1s (saddle bag) to 2s (7.4) volt.
@TheShopMiniRC I had found that soon after I watched it
Doing a BISon swap
..The pn lipos didn't smoke the stock brushed board?
Not yet.
My conversion is done and ready to run..... Obviously there is no lipo cutoff. What kinda run time are you getting wuth the 380 mAH PN lipos?
Maybe 10min?
Is there a brass chassis for the BiSon?
I dont think so. Most of the focus has been put into the Specter. A VERY good platform!
@@TheShopMiniRC How is the BiSon on the track? Better than a stock Kyosho MR03 chassis?
@@FilthyCasualRacing yeah for sure. Much lower cog.
@@TheShopMiniRC On more question. I have a MR03 MM2. will the rear motor pod work with the BiSon? Just wondering if you know or not.
@@FilthyCasualRacing it should work fine.

You just can’t run super hot motors. Most just run the pn 70
Man that look 👀 tacky as hell , just like the PN 2.5 , lol 😂
The specter is where it’s at!
