If anyone is confused if there is no corruption at some places for some people it's because they already have the partner that is given to them through the overworld corruption.
You forgot Chara and Sans, go to Sans room, defeat sans, go to the right of his room and get the door, go right, right, down, down, left. Go to the door and look for a house with an open door, should be somewhere to the right, fight the LV20 Chara
