Hi Jikoni magic, am a big fun of your videos ....
i would love to buy such sufurias, what brand can you recommend? the non-stick ones and where can i buy them...in Nairobi, kenya
Nayu Mwikali, I really don't have a preferred brand. I normally just go to the supermarket and shop for individual sufurias. I avoid those ones that come in a set because I feel like they aren't value for my money. They'll either peel for no reason or will be too light, or the lids just won't fit right... lazima kukuwe kuna kitu kasoro. I have said it before on my channel that I have bought majority of my sufurias from Tuskys. I also recently went to vituzote at Junction Ngong road to check out their selection and I was pleasantly surprised and ended up buying some. You can check out vituzote online to see what they offer.
Jikonimagic nesa vyu....
Thanks so much...lemme check them out...
fantastic recipe
what's the best way to store tomato paste after I have opened the can?
Hi, I do it two ways;
1. Transfer it in to a plastic container with a tight fitting lid and then put it in the fridge and use it as the need arises. I normally make sure that I consume it within two weeks.
2. Scoop it out in 1 tablespoon portions and put it into ice cube trays, leave it to freeze and then transfer in to a plastic paper. From here I use as required. I make sure that I finish it within three months.
Thank you so much
You are welcome.
I love this wow.. Lakini ndengu ni tofauti na pojo. Nikosoe kama nimekosa
Hapo wacha tungoje maoni ya wengine.
dada umenitia njaa 😗😗😗😗😗😗
Hahaa, haya sasa, kazi kwako. Pika zile chapati za nazi na carrot, kisha, uziandae na hizi pojo za nazi. 😄😄😄
Where did you buy coconut oil?what is that garam masala(sp) please
Hi, if you're in Kenya, coconut oil is widely available in all supermarkets. Garam masala is a mixture of spices, same way you can buy pilau masala or curry powder which are all a blend of spices...
Where do you buy your spices please
Everything I use in my recipes are sourced locally. I live in Nairobi. I invest my time and energy by going round the supermarkets in different areas. The major supermarkets do tend to stock a whole range of spices. But, there are some that are kinda hard to find there, so, I go to the predominantly Indian shops. These are around Ngara, (no specific shop, it's a whole stretch of them) Parklands (Diamond plaza) and Yaya center (Chandarana).
Wow, your cooking is amazing am glad I found you!
