We had an L before we went to a red combine. They used that cab in the mid 70s. It’s interesting that Gleaner had electric over hydraulic before IH did.
Thats one clean machine. If I'm correct, these still use the Allis turbo diesels. Pretty sure they didn't start using Deutz engines until the R series.
They green striped in '86 and '87. They were some beautiful combines.
Thanks for watching
Spiked cylinder and concaves... were a staple up in MI anyway for edible beans. Helps the throughput.
Yeah we just run the standard in this

Yeah they used this cab for a long time, thanks for watching.
My n-5 had stepped down cab
Ok, thankfully this one don’t, not sure why they made them like that. Thanks for watching.
Cool!
Thanks

Yeah that’s what it’s got
Trip up and out of the cab then fall on ur face all the way down to the ground 😆😆 sounds like they had it figured out to begin with 😆
Yeah there’s nothing like a face plant to start the day off with lol 😆 😆😆😆
I run a m2 right now. It says 1800 engine hours but don't know if that's right. Been looking at an r40 but haven't made my mind up.
Oh ok, yeah I’d suggest a 42 or 52, much better cab setup.
What year is your m2?
@@Hinesfarm-Indiana 1982. It has a spike tooth cylinder which I'm sure you don't see up your way but it does a good job if you get it set right.
@@familyfarmertn8931 never heard of one
What size motor is in your M3? Our 1987 M3 has the 670T motor in it and boy does it like fuel.
Well I’m not sure, it’s not the 426.
Does it have the Deutz Air cooled engine?
Good ❤❤❤
