Thanks so much for the deep analysis and detailed explanation. I’m in the boat of going back and forth between my decision and the primary reason is because I left India at the age of 21 and been outside for 21 years. Although, I visit my family every year for 3 to 4 weeks, the biggest fear for me is whether I’ll be able to adjust to corporate life in India. I’m exploring options to keep myself busy once I move back. Once again, your analogy and analysis is very thorough and helpful. Thanks brother.
