Im seeing this video now only and it's a masterpiece. It takes amazing skill and precision to make something like this. `i would like to build my own plane someday but do not have all the tools to do this. You inspire me to even more to get closer to my goal. Thank you for sharing this.
a few suggestions since it looks like a very well crafted item: 1-images and descriptions are too fast 2- if you edited a video instead of a serie of images it would have been ten thousand times more visualizations I say this because i saw many of these videos out there in the tube and its clear your job is a masterpiece and the video doesn't give the right tribute to it
Hi thanks for your question, the voids are intentional. I first saw them on one of Bills planes and liked them so much I want to replicate them. He affectionately calls them exposed cupids bows.
Thanks for the comment Kyle. I had to search for Francois Linke planes as I had not heard of them before. What beautiful planes he made, truly exceptional. Thank you for bringing them to my attention and liking mine to his, what a compliment .
Thank you for sharing. The passion you poured into the project is clearly evident. Bravo good sir. Bravo.

are the cupids mouth voids intentional, or were the pins supposed to flow into them, as with Bill Carter’s work?
Hi thanks for your question, the voids are intentional. I first saw them on one of Bills planes and liked them so much I want to replicate them. He affectionately calls them exposed cupids bows.
Whats the dimensions of your norris adjuster? I mean the lenght of the main shaft. The commercial ones are very short.
Thanks for your comment. The adjuster is around 125mm
This is very reminiscent of a Francois Linke plane.
