inner visionary They practice in heels, perform in them, etc. They've practiced a lot with walking/dancing in them. It's usually a requirement for auditions and stuff for girl groups to be able to dance in heels. But, yeah for dancing in heels help start off with small heels and easy dances and get higher heels as you get better with dancing in them. :)
