Very nice dish and way you explained. I am an original Goan unfortunately having settled in Mumbai not familiar with the language and the sweetness of it. So missed out on a lot of detailed information on this Mangane. I know only the very basic Goan. But I am going to ask my Konkani friends to help. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
