I love heelan’ coos (highland cows). We went on a cruise to the British Isles and when we were on the way to Scotland (I don’t remember each city but we did visit Invergordon on the cruise), the tour guide on the bus said here are the “heelan’ coos.” The cows were so cute!
I enjoyed your tours to the distilleries. It is not something I would choose to do but I loved all the surrounding area that you showed. It’s nice to see different choices of things to do, and I’m so glad you got your little cow Dee ❤
I paused your ?? & asked Google for the giraffes reference with that distillery, took a couple of goes, before I typed glenmorangie giraffes and up it pop with the giraffes reference. 👋💕🇦🇺
Excellent video of the distillery’s tour. We took the Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey tour a couple years back as well as the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The bourbon trail has added several new distilleries since we went.
Funny bit during the distillery tour. The hand sanitizer reminded me of COVID. Our local distilleries made hand sanitizer for the prison I work at. We had to remind the inmates not to try and drink it. 😂 Thanks for your wonderful videos!!
My cousin lives near Invergordon in Kildary at the old mill. I visited the Dalmore Distillery when I was there in 2008. A fun fact is that Mohamed al fayed had his country house in the area. My cousin took me to the front gates and apparently the tops of the gates were a tribute to Princess Diana and his son Dodi.
I do enjoy a good distellery tour. We have grown up with rijsttafel (great pronounciation) dishes. Jay for the spice; next time ask for sambal. It is available in a lot of variations. We used to eat the kroepoek (shrimpwafle) as chips. We loved to fry them when we where kids. As always I did enjoy the vlog.
If you go back to Edinburgh, go to the Scotch Whisky Experience. You can learn about all 5 regions and find out about which flavor profile you like best.
I can tell you the water used for scotch/whiskey and a few other things, is determined on the water in the area they make it at. that's where it separates Cynelish vs Johnny Walker for taste differences. We're JW fans just not black label or double black. At least for me. If you go to Jamaica see if you can do an excursion to Appleton Rum Distillery. We really enjoyed that tour.
Hi Dee, I love the photos you have been taking in vlogs. I checked your amazon page and I see you have two different cameras listed. Which one would you say is your go to camera?
The giraffes is the starting point of a giraffes trail leading to the Edinburgh zoo, they are raising funds and awareness in the wild, apparently the giraffes are low on the ground in the wilds.the glenmorganie distillery is connected to their zoo, about raising awareness of giraffes. 👋💕🇦🇺
I told my daughter about the distillery she's interested. She's been to the ones in the US i believe kentucky or Tennessee. How do i contact you re taking a royal carb out of tampa fl?
I really enjoyed the music that accompanied the video, very fitting for a great video!!

Great video folks. Thanks for the basic overview. Nice to hear basic understanding of the places you visit. Thanks
Inverness is such a lively city. Definitely a highlight when we visited Scotland last.

The G7X is our old vlogging camera and is decent for video. The PowerShot is the go-to photo camera.
I’m With Jay, whiskey!, 😂
