MayMay, I love it when you teach us new techniques! This is definitely a card that I would love to recreate. Thank you for taking the time to figure it out and pass the teachings on. God bless you!
May May thank you so much for sharing I have learned so much from you. I love how versatile you are. With cards, mini albums every thing. I just ordered the owl stamp set and joined the stamp club. Thanks again and I also love how you share the Bible with us. God Bless you and Vinnie!
Love it love it love it! The first one you did with the blue and tan looks like a landscape to me with mountains and almost a coastline! My fav is the the woodgrain and plaid one. Pretty! Thanks again for another great video! Smiles! Becca
Love your videos...it’s like yeah...May May is teaching me wonderful stutt! My favorite part is you don’t add a “t” to the word across...so many make this horrible word I just cut not watch their video! Love you and Vince’s wonderful Christian business! 💐 Thank you!
Maymay, I believe I have an embossing folder that folds paper like this. I started my card making with AG and there's a folder for just about everything. Yes, it's in a set called "Paper Tricks". Your card is dreamy!!! I always like figuring things out for myself. It's much more rewarding to create something yourself.
Just came across your video while watching someone else's video. I'm not familiar with your brand but I'll be looking you up! I've tried to figure out measurements for a drapery fold card and just couldn't get it right - yours is perfect! Thanks for sharing.
I love the card with the yellow & turquoise in the plaid that has the button on it with the brown card base. Helps to have those score marks b/c without that I would be crazy. thanks for sharing
Absolutely “keeeyuute” Thanks for doing the measurement figuring out for all of us that would be more challenged and give up too soon. also thanks for all the time and work you put into all your videos. You really seem like someone I could just hang out with all day, and still not be tired I’d probably end up talking with your accent. (I don’t have one, I’m from the Portland Oregon area.
WOW! You hit this out of the park. I love this video. You made a beautiful card. I am now a follower. I'll be back to see what you do next. Thanks Cathy
Love these cards, I've never seen this fold again I think I may try one this week, I will have to find some double sided paper in my stash thank you for sharing Maymay
You boggle my mind at the cards you come up with, takin from looking at a pic and figuring out how to put it together I have trouble trying to score with normal dimensions my math skills are brutal and can’t figure out my paper cutter I have the old purple n orange paper cutter n it’s hard to figure out! I’ve googled it but there’s no directions to be found! I hope my curtain card turns out as cute as yours! Thanks for putting in the hard work for us all to copy!💜🇨🇦
+Scrappin Dipity I carry it in my store, www.maymaymadeit.com/products/2-oz-art-glitter-glue we are currently out of the 4 oz and 8 oz but they will be here by the end of the week. Thanks!
Love your videos! I have a question on this technique though, just to clarify. You mentioned you cut the double side paper to 12x11 1/2, then you said you cut them into three strips of 4x11 paper. When do I cut it down to 11"?
Thanks so much for the great tutorial, though I have to say I was kinda thrown off by the references to the 11x4 measurements??!? I read some of the comments & figured it out! ;-) May I ask what size you used for the base of your card??
+roomiesbride yeah, sometimes I mess up in video and don't even notice it! It is always a good idea to check my blog post for measurements. I have them posted there too. Thanks to my wonderful subs you didn't have to wait though! Thanks Guys!
+Maymay Made It Crafts I watched several tutorials and made a few different versions of this card. But YOURS is the best because of the spacing of the folds. Thank you again for sharing!
How do you decide which thickness of paper to use? I have lots of types. Double sided is not necessary from all the pins I've seen. I am sure that card stock is too thick.
hi there, ive got the measurements of the card.but can you please clarify the score measurements as I tried it out with the measurements on your video and it didn't work out .thankyou Gary Nicholls.
+gary nicolls check out the measurements in the blog post. They are correct thanks! www.maymaymadeit.com/blogs/news/117888067-curtain-fold-card#comments
+Nancy Gunter the tip is a separate purchase. This is the link to it, there is a video on the product page that explains it for you as well. That might help. www.maymaymadeit.com/products/fine-metal-tip
ive got the measurements off your blog but after looking at your video I see that all the folds are not evenly spaced,is this correct or not correct because after looking at other videos for drape cards the pleats are evenly spaced.thankyou Gary Nicholls.
This is the first time I've seen a curtain fold card! I love it!
Omg elles sont si jolies!!! J’adore le look! Merci pour ces magnifiques idées!
MayMay, I love it when you teach us new techniques! This is definitely a card that I would love to recreate. Thank you for taking the time to figure it out and pass the teachings on. God bless you!
Thank you for your tutorial. I've tried this before but yours are the best directions I've seen. Easy to follow!

Love your videos! I have a question on this technique though, just to clarify. You mentioned you cut the double side paper to 12x11 1/2, then you said you cut them into three strips of 4x11 paper. When do I cut it down to 11"?
