Thank You My Dear Lady! I followed your directions to the letter! I made 10 (8oz) jars of Rabbiteye Blueberry Jelly and it turned out perfect... quite delicious! Again, thank you!
I remember helping my mother make jam and jelly my favorites was blackberry and plum. I keep saying I need to start making my own again. I love watching your family. I am happy that she talked you into starting a TH-cam channel!
This is the first year our blue berry bushes had enough fruit to make jelly, tried your method and it did great! Thanks! I hope you are not offended, but I would like to make a comment that is off the subject of making jelly. You have great looking legs :>)
Ma'am, excellent video! May I ask, once you added the sure jell & sugar, how long did you boil it from that point? Unfortunately, I just couldn't understand what you said. Thank You!
Love your video. Very informative. I do have a question..I see you have several containers of juice already prepared. How long will that last in the frig or do you need to can the juice? Some videos I've watched, they are canning the juice, then preparing the jelly at a later date. Can you use the canned juice later to make cobblers as well?
oh thank you-blueberry is our favorite! I don’t can the juice so not sure about cobblers, but even just this past year since we are still renovating, I juiced all the berries we had and froze it in the freezer until this year:). Jelly is still perfect after thawing and using the frozen juice. Just use a heavy duty plastic container to freeze in.
I used your recipe for the blueberry jelly, it turned out awesome. ( my first time making jelly) Here at Somers Hill (my little cabin), around Goshen, Al. I have an over abundance of wild blueberry bushes, Muscatine and Beautyberry bushes. Have you ever made jelly from the last 2?
Muscadines, yes! But it's been a while:). Never heard of beauty berry bushes. Thanks for the comment! blueberry is certainly my favorite. In the middle of this remodel right now, I haven't canned that much this year - there will be much canning when it's all done!
One is powder and one is a liquid. Made by different companies too. I’ve used both-jelly is peculiar, and I’ve just always found certificate worked best for blueberry jelly. Thanks for watching!
I love the way you explain how to make the jelly easy and simple thank you🎉
My girl in her element!!
I love it!
Well, I can’t say I’ll ever want to make jelly, but I sure can’t wait to taste yours!!!
Well I certainly have plenty:)

Just ran across your video. Thanks for sharing. Can you tell me approximately how many jars you use for four cups of juice? Thanks.
Approximately…I’d say 10-14 jars. Hope that helps!
If you only make a half batch do you still need two packs of pectin in ?
Thanks !
You go girl

You can't hear what she is saying when she leaves the mike and goes to back of room.
Oh I’m so sorry. Which part did you miss? Happy to answer any questions!
