@JonathanRoumie-1 Since I saw you on the 1st episode of The Chosen. I pray for you as well as the rest of the cast. I feel like you all have a lot of PR, which is probably hard. It isn't like you did a movie and you talked about it, but you have done 4 seasons with more to come. While I enjoy all of them, I think of you as people who are recreating someone for all of us to see and hear what was or could have been happening. Thank you all for the beautiful hard work. I’m not Catholic but a dear friend is. I ordered the Rosary Beads from Amazon and have found them very helpful in helping me focus during prayer as my mind tends to wander. Thank you for doing this to demonstrate the Hail Mary prayer. As a southern Baptist I have always heard “they pray to Mary”! But my friend explained the belief behind it and it made perfect sense. I live in a very violent city and find comfort in the last line. Thank you for sharing your faith and for the prayerful care you put into playing our Lord in The Chosen! God bless you brother, as a catholic I've said the rosary with my grand parents and my parents since I was kid and to be honest I never really prayed the rosary with the intention to pray, until recently. Jesus sent his mother to give us the holy rosary so we could pray to him through her intercession. It's a powerful prayer and I only realised it. I pray that you to realise it.

Oh, my precious Jonathon. Thank You. I don't know if you will ever read this, but if you do, it is from my heart. You were born the same year as my son, Johnathon was. Your names mean " Gift from God", and I pray you will know that you are indeed a precious gift from God to us all. My heart lept when you said of Jesus " He never says no to his mother." Such a precious bond between a mother and her son. As a mother, I feel a deep burden to tell you something and hope it will somehow grace your eyes if you should need it. I am now an old woman. I have been blessed to grow up with the late pastor Chuck Smith as a second father to me. I attended his church from the beginning of 1969 until his death. He was a Daddy to me and was at my house many times to minister to my invalid mother. I watched the "Jesus Revolution" and was part of it all. I remember Lonnie, and his wife, Greg with all his long hair..giggle. But I saw the Spirit of God move on the land, and I am blessed to see God moving again, right now, to the new kids on the block. I have a unique perspective from the benefit of age and I want to tell you something. YOU were placed here on this earth to do HIS will. You were created to act as his Ambassador as you act your part of his son. When you get nervous, or when you feel overwhelmed with the stress of having to portray Jesus, try and think of it as if you placed a veil over your head that reaches the ground. You can see out, those outside cannot see the inside that you see. As the Bible says, we see through a veil darkly. Now, when you feel anxiety when people come up to you and call you Jesus, or need to almost confess...just know that YOU are NOT JESUS, but HE IS!!!!! He is that veil over you as you portray him. The Holy Spirit of God covers you softly and it is HIS HOLY SPIRIT that they need to see and feel. You are the cup that God fills for them to drink. Thereby, you are doing exactly what he created you to do as millions of lives are given the living water of God's love that we all can drink from your cup. If they need to see HIM in you or need to touch HIM in you, I know it may be hard to take sometimes. Just remember that the loving "veil" of his Spirit is what God shows to all of us. It places you in a tender encasement of protection & Inside, you are protected, loved, guided to do his bidding. So when these fans intrude, and it makes you uneasy, just know that it is JESUS that they see, and need, and to them, you are their help. Chuck once said it was a "Point of Faith" that releases their heart to act in a way that God can minister to them. I don't know if it helps, but I just felt led to say this. I don't know any other way to send a letter to you but Jesus does so I leave it to him. May the Lord Bless and Keep you and give you Peace. I hope this gets to your eyes, but if not, I pray it helps someone reading it. In loving prayer for you and your dear family, Thank You for these prayer sessions. God is using you.

Very strange and awkward, if you Pray the rosary is because you patronage this way of pray and worship, it's like saying I don't believe in Halloween but I wear those custom; you know what, if I say that I am not a Catholic, but I do they practice you become a follower. I should not do what they do. You should do what God said in the holly scriptures and obey and follow up with what God's will is being said. Do what Jesus said, because even Mary in the wedding at Cana, said do whattever He, Jesus,Says: John 2:5 and this words reflect her own interior disposition to do God's will and inspire the servants to give trusting and obedience to Jesus Christ. May Mary's words encourage us to show us our trust in Jesus only by promptly obeying him in all things, filling our "jars" in whatever he may ask of us "to the brim" . And look what really Jesus said in the Bible and do what he said. He say follow me Luke 18:22;, see also Matthew 16:24, Mark1:17, Luke 9:23. Jesus is telling us Follow Me. He didn't said follow Mary or follow my disciples or follow the priest. The Rosary is not in the Bible. Also doing what God prohibited, is a violation to God's word and commandments. And all disobedient is sin. Romans 5: 18:19. Mary also was a Jesus's followers : even when he was a child of 12 years old: Luke 2:44-49 . Read James 4:17. If anyone, them, Knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.
Jonathan, I encourage you to study, not only read, the Bible under the subject about Idolatry. This sin only prevents you to enter the kingdom of Heaven: 1st. Of Corinthians 6:9 to 10; Revelation 21:8 read very carefully that among others it mentions idolaters. apostle John tried to worship the angel: Read Revelation chapter 22:8 and the angel rebuked him for bowing before him and the angel said to John worship only God. It didn't said worship Mary or the priest or the apostles. It said "Worship " only God . And like I mentioned to you before, to worship God it has to be in spirit and true like Jesus said to the Samaritan woman in John 4:23 to 24. Beloved Jonathan, do what Jesus said. Don't follow the Catholic priest, follow real Jesus. If you keep praying rosary, bowing on front of statues... Is because you need a real encounter with Jesus the savior like Nicodemus the teacher of the law, you like him needs to be born again. It's not about being religious that you are saved, it's to realize that as a born sinners we need to believe in the gospel, repent accept, convert and receive Jesus Christ as your personal savior and follow him and living his words and teachings. Mary also recognized her needs for a savior: read Luke 1:46 to 55: And Mary said, "My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. As you can see Mary recognized her needs for a savior. Born like you and me and the only difference it was that God chosed her among all the woman, because not only she was engaged with Joseph but also she was a Jewish believer and compromise to marry with Joseph that was a descendant of King David and because the prophecy said that the Messiah was coming from The line of David and Joseph was descendant of David and engaged with Mary this was to accomplish the prophecy: Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-23 you can read here that this prophecy said that a virgin woman would give birth to the Messiah was fullfield . Isaiah 9:6. Mary was chosen by God in that time because she was engaged with Joseph, he chose her to be his wife in that time and she was a virgin because she didn't have sexual relationship with anyone an also was a believer. She was going to be part of David's family thru her marriage to Joseph that was a descendant of David. This is why she and no other woman in that time was chosen. Just simply because as the woman chosen by Joseph as his fiance and the woman to be his wife and also with the same faith and beliefs of Joseph, this is why Mary was the one and she as a virgin woman said to the Angel, how could it be because I am a virgin and I have no met a man (meaning that she didn't have a sexual relationship with nobody, no men in bed). Lukes 1:34 to 38 ,...And Mary said to the angel, "How will this be, since I am a virgin? Meaning that she was not engaged in any sexual relationship.This is why she said I am a virgin woman. Kapeesh no more extra feets to look for. It's very clear and simple. Affortunate because she was going to be the Joseph's wife and the one in the line to have baby Jesus, to accomplish the prophecy spoke by the Prophets. Do you understand? I have more to tell that Mary also offered the sacrifices for her sins like any other female Jews after the birth of Jesus according to Leviticus chapter 12.; Like 2:21 to 22 like any other Jews woman. What a privilege to be the fiance and after the wife to be of Joseph, descendant of David lineage and a truly believer in the law given by God to Moses. Leviticus 14:22; Maria's offering according to the stablished in the Law God gave to Moses for the woman of Israel to follow after the birth, Mary did it obedient to the Law : Luke 2:22 to 24. I'm listening to the Rosary this wee hours of the Resurrection of our beloved Jesus (Easter). The Sorrowful mysteries in this session of the Rosary helped me to reflect back two days ago (Friday March 29) when Jesus sacrificed his life for all of us. I'm a Catholic, but the Rosary was not part of my life as it is with my siblings. I prayed the Rosary with you and realized the true meaning and blessing of the Rosary. Listening to your heart as you prayed each bead and presenting full meaning of each Sorrowful mysteries, I realized why the Rosary is one of our foundations. Will continue learning the other mysteries and understanding.

It isn't like you did a movie and you talked about it, but you have done 4 seasons with more to come. While I enjoy all of them, I think of you as people who are recreating someone for all of us to see and hear what was or could have been happening. Thank you all for the beautiful hard work. I’m not Catholic but a dear friend is. I ordered the Rosary Beads from Amazon and have found them very helpful in helping me focus during prayer as my mind tends to wander. Thank you for doing this to demonstrate the Hail Mary prayer. As a southern Baptist I have always heard “they pray to Mary”! But my friend explained the belief behind it and it made perfect sense. I live in a very violent city and find comfort in the last line. Thank you for sharing your faith and for the prayerful care you put into playing our Lord in The Chosen! God bless you brother, as a catholic I've said the rosary with my grand parents and my parents since I was kid and to be honest I never really prayed the rosary with the intention to pray, until recently. Jesus sent his mother to give us the holy rosary so we could pray to him through her intercession. It's a powerful prayer and I only realised it. I pray that you to realise it.

Oh, my precious Jonathon. Thank You. I don't know if you will ever read this, but if you do, it is from my heart. You were born the same year as my son, Johnathon was. Your names mean " Gift from God", and I pray you will know that you are indeed a precious gift from God to us all. My heart lept when you said of Jesus " He never says no to his mother." Such a precious bond between a mother and her son. As a mother, I feel a deep burden to tell you something and hope it will somehow grace your eyes if you should need it. I am now an old woman. I have been blessed to grow up with the late pastor Chuck Smith as a second father to me. I attended his church from the beginning of 1969 until his death. He was a Daddy to me and was at my house many times to minister to my invalid mother. I watched the "Jesus Revolution" and was part of it all. I remember Lonnie, and his wife, Greg with all his long hair..giggle. But I saw the Spirit of God move on the land, and I am blessed to see God moving again, right now, to the new kids on the block. I have a unique perspective from the benefit of age and I want to tell you something. YOU were placed here on this earth to do HIS will. You were created to act as his Ambassador as you act your part of his son. When you get nervous, or when you feel overwhelmed with the stress of having to portray Jesus, try and think of it as if you placed a veil over your head that reaches the ground. You can see out, those outside cannot see the inside that you see. As the Bible says, we see through a veil darkly. Now, when you feel anxiety when people come up to you and call you Jesus, or need to almost confess...just know that YOU are NOT JESUS, but HE IS!!!!! He is that veil over you as you portray him. The Holy Spirit of God covers you softly and it is HIS HOLY SPIRIT that they need to see and feel. You are the cup that God fills for them to drink. Thereby, you are doing exactly what he created you to do as millions of lives are given the living water of God's love that we all can drink from your cup. If they need to see HIM in you or need to touch HIM in you, I know it may be hard to take sometimes. Just remember that the loving "veil" of his Spirit is what God shows to all of us. It places you in a tender encasement of protection & Inside, you are protected, loved, guided to do his bidding. So when these fans intrude, and it makes you uneasy, just know that it is JESUS that they see, and need, and to them, you are their help. Chuck once said it was a "Point of Faith" that releases their heart to act in a way that God can minister to them. I don't know if it helps, but I just felt led to say this. I don't know any other way to send a letter to you but Jesus does so I leave it to him. May the Lord Bless and Keep you and give you Peace. I hope this gets to your eyes, but if not, I pray it helps someone reading it. In loving prayer for you and your dear family, Thank You for these prayer sessions. God is using you.

Very strange and awkward, if you Pray the rosary is because you patronage this way of pray and worship, it's like saying I don't believe in Halloween but I wear those custom; you know what, if I say that I am not a Catholic, but I do they practice you become a follower. I should not do what they do. You should do what God said in the holly scriptures and obey and follow up with what God's will is being said. Do what Jesus said, because even Mary in the wedding at Cana, said do whattever He, Jesus,Says: John 2:5 and this words reflect her own interior disposition to do God's will and inspire the servants to give trusting and obedience to Jesus Christ. May Mary's words encourage us to show us our trust in Jesus only by promptly obeying him in all things, filling our "jars" in whatever he may ask of us "to the brim" . And look what really Jesus said in the Bible and do what he said. He say follow me Luke 18:22;, see also Matthew 16:24, Mark1:17, Luke 9:23. Jesus is telling us Follow Me. He didn't said follow Mary or follow my disciples or follow the priest. The Rosary is not in the Bible. Also doing what God prohibited, is a violation to God's word and commandments. And all disobedient is sin. Romans 5: 18:19. Mary also was a Jesus's followers : even when he was a child of 12 years old: Luke 2:44-49 . Read James 4:17. If anyone, them, Knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.
Jonathan, I encourage you to study, not only read, the Bible under the subject about Idolatry. This sin only prevents you to enter the kingdom of Heaven: 1st. Of Corinthians 6:9 to 10; Revelation 21:8 read very carefully that among others it mentions idolaters. apostle John tried to worship the angel: Read Revelation chapter 22:8 and the angel rebuked him for bowing before him and the angel said to John worship only God. It didn't said worship Mary or the priest or the apostles. It said "Worship " only God . And like I mentioned to you before, to worship God it has to be in spirit and true like Jesus said to the Samaritan woman in John 4:23 to 24. Beloved Jonathan, do what Jesus said. Don't follow the Catholic priest, follow real Jesus. If you keep praying rosary, bowing on front of statues... Is because you need a real encounter with Jesus the savior like Nicodemus the teacher of the law, you like him needs to be born again. It's not about being religious that you are saved, it's to realize that as a born sinners we need to believe in the gospel, repent accept, convert and receive Jesus Christ as your personal savior and follow him and living his words and teachings. Mary also recognized her needs for a savior: read Luke 1:46 to 55: And Mary said, "My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. As you can see Mary recognized her needs for a savior. Born like you and me and the only difference it was that God chosed her among all the woman, because not only she was engaged with Joseph but also she was a Jewish believer and compromise to marry with Joseph that was a descendant of King David and because the prophecy said that the Messiah was coming from The line of David and Joseph was descendant of David and engaged with Mary this was to accomplish the prophecy: Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-23 you can read here that this prophecy said that a virgin woman would give birth to the Messiah was fullfield . Isaiah 9:6. Mary was chosen by God in that time because she was engaged with Joseph, he chose her to be his wife in that time and she was a virgin because she didn't have sexual relationship with anyone an also was a believer. She was going to be part of David's family thru her marriage to Joseph that was a descendant of David. This is why she and no other woman in that time was chosen. Just simply because as the woman chosen by Joseph as his fiance and the woman to be his wife and also with the same faith and beliefs of Joseph, this is why Mary was the one and she as a virgin woman said to the Angel, how could it be because I am a virgin and I have no met a man (meaning that she didn't have a sexual relationship with nobody, no men in bed). Lukes 1:34 to 38 ,...And Mary said to the angel, "How will this be, since I am a virgin? Meaning that she was not engaged in any sexual relationship.This is why she said I am a virgin woman. Kapeesh no more extra feets to look for. It's very clear and simple. Affortunate because she was going to be the Joseph's wife and the one in the line to have baby Jesus, to accomplish the prophecy spoke by the Prophets. Do you understand? I have more to tell that Mary also offered the sacrifices for her sins like any other female Jews after the birth of Jesus according to Leviticus chapter 12.; Like 2:21 to 22 like any other Jews woman. What a privilege to be the fiance and after the wife to be of Joseph, descendant of David lineage and a truly believer in the law given by God to Moses. Leviticus 14:22; Maria's offering according to the stablished in the Law God gave to Moses for the woman of Israel to follow after the birth, Mary did it obedient to the Law : Luke 2:22 to 24. She gave the offering of the poor. As it is written in the law of the Lord, every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy of the Lord and to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves,or two young pigeons.Luke 2:22 to 24 Read and read . The Bible is a eye opener. You will know the truth And the truth will set you free endeed....and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32. Então não faz sentido a cobrança em relação a sobreposição da sagrada escritura sobre a igreja, visto que a igreja veio antes , ou seja, primeiramente a sagrada tradição oral e só depois veio a escritura. Para nós os três pilares não se divergem e sim se complementam entre si.

I'm listening to the Rosary this wee hours of the Resurrection of our beloved Jesus (Easter). The Sorrowful mysteries in this session of the Rosary helped me to reflect back two days ago (Friday March 29) when Jesus sacrificed his life for all of us. I'm a Catholic, but the Rosary was not part of my life as it is with my siblings. I prayed the Rosary with you and realized the true meaning and blessing of the Rosary. Listening to your heart as you prayed each bead and presenting full meaning of each Sorrowful mysteries, I realized why the Rosary is one of our foundations. Will continue learning the other mysteries and understanding.

I wasn’t able to sleep; my heart has been breaking for all of those in deep suffering in Israel and Gaza. Praying the rosary with you brought me some peace; thank you, dear Jonathan😌 The sorrowful mysteries…it is inconceivable the brutality that our Lord Jesus suffered at the hands of those who hated Him. And even more inconceivable is that He endured ALL of it because of HIS GREAT GREAT LOVE for all of us😭 Like Matt Maher says in his song: “Love stretched out on a tree-screaming out-so that I could say You’ve not forsaken me”😭 Thank you, Jesus! He has been struggling for several years. I keep asking that Jesus put the right people in his path and remind him of how important his faith was at one time.
