K&L Trainz I made a little parody of the polar express but with a TGV and I managed to make the whole thing drift and the passenger cars to really slide far apart from eachother and make it be able to get on the tracks again. I've seen a few videos recreating movie scenes in video games, but this has to be first video of an entire movie recreated through the perspective of the train in a video game with accurate models and locations. Okay your attention to detail in this is great. Polar express is my childhood and you really did an amazing job to recreate the scene with adding some as well. I absolutely loved the ticket in circulation scene and when I saw that you added it I was so darn happy. I also liked how you added the little bear watching the express on the frozen sea from the posters. Amazing job man. (:

@@tannerbarnett5384 yeah I know I remember the movie being all weird and stuff cuz that first at the beginning it's like you've got the original amount of passenger cars for the Polar Express then coming towards the middle of the movie you've got a scene where it's a bridge and then somehow the waterfall magically turns into a tunnel and then somehow the cars magically turn into 55 passenger cars on that train and then when you're watching the scene of almost to the end where the ice is frozen over the tracks and then they go over that big tall bridge their back on ice again so I already know that movies all weird and stuff

Btw, if you wanted to try to make actual wheel slip, if I’m not mistaken, you can either edit the config file of the engine so it looks like the wheels are going reverse the direction of the train, or use realistic controls for the Ice scene, to make wheels slip, I know it’s possible, but idk how to do it, Just something for the future!

I attempted making a movie-accurate route on Trainz 2009 with some liberties, but the work on the route shown in this video was absolutely stunning (though the North Pole needs work along with that the buildings throughout the route should be more accurate, but that's just nitpicking at this point, but I love the additional areas), awesome job with it and the cinematography! Hopefully (and hopefully because my computer is really bad to barely perform Trainz 2019) that if you release the route that it'll work for Trainz 2010.
Alex and Nintendo thanks for this great comment. My computer broke so I don't have the route anymore, well I Kinda have it but I can't reach it it's a little bit difficult. I don't think it can be exported to trainz 2010 because of its Trainz built.
@@CharlieStudios I think it could, I've installed future content onto that version before and did a bit of finiking by deleting the Trainz Build Number on the faulty asset config file to force them to make them work, though there was the case of missing textures and other issues that made the asset unable to load in. ^^; But that sucks, it would've been pretty cool to play around with the route, and thanks for replying dude!
i like how you put at the bird/wolf scene you put more train cars than every other scene, that happens the same in the actual movie where the train keeps losing and gaining cars for no reason lol
And only 1 car actually has passangers inside (children), 1 car has broken toys and its lights are out somehow (all cars' lights were on), and the last car is also empty (and for some reason it looks like a car for elders or something). The whole train is a big mystery

The only problem I had was Trainz doesn’t allow passenger cars to have the same lighting as in the movie.

I attempted making a movie-accurate route on Trainz 2009 with some liberties, but the work on the route shown in this video was absolutely stunning (though the North Pole needs work along with that the buildings throughout the route should be more accurate, but that's just nitpicking at this point, but I love the additional areas), awesome job with it and the cinematography! Hopefully (and hopefully because my computer is really bad to barely perform Trainz 2019) that if you release the route that it'll work for Trainz 2010.
Alex and Nintendo thanks for this great comment. My computer broke so I don't have the route anymore, well I Kinda have it but I can't reach it it's a little bit difficult. I don't think it can be exported to trainz 2010 because of its Trainz built.
@@CharlieStudios I think it could, I've installed future content onto that version before and did a bit of finiking by deleting the Trainz Build Number on the faulty asset config file to force them to make them work, though there was the case of missing textures and other issues that made the asset unable to load in. ^^; But that sucks, it would've been pretty cool to play around with the route, and thanks for replying dude!
i like how you put at the bird/wolf scene you put more train cars than every other scene, that happens the same in the actual movie where the train keeps losing and gaining cars for no reason lol
And only 1 car actually has passangers inside (children), 1 car has broken toys and its lights are out somehow (all cars' lights were on), and the last car is also empty (and for some reason it looks like a car for elders or something). The whole train is a big mystery
The whole "adding and losing cars throughout the movie" thing was a goof-up that was made without anyone realizing that.
