I hope she found him in the afterlife after she died. He loved her so much that I imagine he lingered as a ghost after his passing, waiting for her to join him. And she must've been relieved when she saw that flood coming toward her, knowing she wouldn't have to live without him anymore and she'd see him again. 💔 They were soulmates.
