      sa pagkakalam ko po pwede po ang multiple housing loan under pag-ibig basta po pasok pa po sa loanabable amountr ng inyong salary like me po dalawa na po ang property na under pag-ibig yung una ay kinuha ko po 3 years ago and yung new po ay recent lang which is also napasok sa pag-ibig

    Tanong po.. kung ilagay mo sa mode of payment ay long term 10 yrs. Kpag nanalo ka pedeba un plitan pa ng years of payment or as is na kung anu sinulat mo sa bid offer?

      ang maximum po na long term ay 30 years depende po ito sa gae ninyo.. let say 30 years old po kayo minus 60 years po then equals 30 ,, pwede pa max sa 30 years

      If let say 40 years old po kayo minus 60 years , 20 yeras nalang ang maximum years for long terms

      di na po pwedeng baguhin ang no. of years pero pwde niyo pong bilisan at lakihan ang paghulog para lumiit ang no. of years na payment.

    Hello. What if po kung Immigrant ang bidder. Pero Filipino citizen pa din. Okay lang ba na payslip from the employer ang ibigay?

      yes po.. as long as may pasylip at regular employee pwede po at may valid id na naka address dito sa philippines

    Hello crowd sourcing lang
    Meron ba dito na gaya ng case namin ..
    Nagbid po kami last june2022 and we found out na 2nd bidder kami at nacancel ang unang bidder,, as we confirmed sa main office nila na kami ang priority at magintay lamang daw ng 3 -6months for their updates and calls lumipas ang ilang buwan this january wala pa din silang tawag and updates .nag follow up ako at ang sabi cancel na ang offer samin dahil naexpire na ang o nainvalid na ang appraisal ng bahay at ipopost na ulit nila uli ito sa auction.. May habol po ba kami at pedeng ipoint out sa kanila.. Ang sabi po kase nila na overlook daw po nila maeexpire o invalid na appraisal ng bahy na nbid namin . Dahil naoverlook nila bahay ang mawwla samin to the point na nakagastos nadin kami ... Any advice po
