Tamaki really does a lot for the the people he collabs with, exactly like what Robe said. They often are fun and funny, allowing them to showcase the best of themselves. Facilitating and organizing that is not easy, but he does it frequently and with great content.

She essentially summons male vtubers with good voices to come and basically serenade her with praise and tease her to please her masochistic side. Her husband I'm sure is fine with it, but I'd probably tease her about using it as a fair exchange for me to got to a host club myself.
IIRC, Norio is a fujou who's using Tamaki to facilitate her own yaoi dreams not too far off from Itou Life sensei. Given that context, I'm more than sure Norio's husband is fine as it's not involving him in fulfilling those dreams.
