Tamaki really does a lot for the the people he collabs with, exactly like what Robe said. They often are fun and funny, allowing them to showcase the best of themselves. Facilitating and organizing that is not easy, but he does it frequently and with great content.

I feel like these streams are Norio's version/replacement for going to a host club to get this kind of ear and eye candy. She essentially summons male vtubers with good voices to come and basically serenade her with praise and tease her to please her masochistic side.
Her husband I'm sure is fine with it, but I'd probably tease her about using it as a fair exchange for me to got to a host club myself.
IIRC, Norio is a fujou who's using Tamaki to facilitate her own yaoi dreams not too far off from Itou Life sensei. Given that context, I'm more than sure Norio's husband is fine as it's not involving him in fulfilling those dreams.
Tamaki does begin all these streams by basically saying "I want to listen to handsome men with handsome voice for my own enjoyment."

Tamaki is really amazing though. His streams are always entertaining and you can tell he also respects and appreciates everyone even if most of the time he's toying with them to make content lol

It's not that surprising, Holostars collabs a lot with NijiJP's talents. Especially Roberu and Arupapa, Astel also collabed recently with HaYun
it's not that uncommon for the jp tho, but i'm not really sure for the other branches

Tamaki has good work ethics, he's always organized and working hard in his channel be it in twitter, stream ideas, clippings, eng translations, mc-ing.. his branding is actually so professional lol plus he's busy with NoriPro too (when he revealed his taxes I was shook cuz damnn he be workin)
