I watch all the podcasts owned by and associated with TMG like Kelsey’s pod (except foul tip cause I don’t care about sports). All of them are great! But I recommend Kelsey’s and Aleena’s if you prefer girl talk as opposed to dick jokes lol

Nutrition student here- on the topic of vitamins, there are some that most Americans are low in like Vitamin D (I say American because the diet most of us eat here leads to commonalities in which nutrients we have excess vs not enough of). Vitamins aren’t really necessary unless you know you don’t eat enough of certain food groups, but because so many of us are low on stuff and wouldn’t know before we take a blood test, it’s not gonna hurt and it might make you feel better. There are some vitamins and minerals that can become toxic pretty quickly like iron, so be careful if you consume a lot of a vitamin in your diet then it’s in a multivitamin. General rule of thumb- unless you know you’re not getting enough of something, you don’t need vitamins. They do work though, vitamins and minerals are necessary for chemical reactions the body performs to keep you alive. Just be careful to not take too much

Brooke I have an answer to your BO question. If you don't like someone's BO it likely means that y'all have different gut biomes and bacteria. People who like each other BO smell likely have more compatible biomes which will make your children more likely to survive. I love my wife and my own BO smell lol. And in 3rd grade that's when you hit puberty and your pits started smelling. Since armpit smell is just bacteria stank, you want to have similar bacteria. And also yes, BO is a tool to sell more deoderant. Before they had deoderant everyone just stunk. No ones cared because that's how everyone smelled. They used to use perfumes but those just mask they dont really cover smells.
Im late but pretty sure our BO has gotten worse with time because of the increase in preservatives in food. I dunno if we smelled better in the past from just foraging and eating berries or whatever, but it does kinda make sense that your diet would affect how you smell naturally.
