I'm listening from Australia 🇦🇺 and this well-spoken, wise man hit the nail on the head when he called out "the imbecility of the urban dweller". It's the same here. The biggest votes for Labour and the Greens come from inner city dwellers. They have no idea where their food comes from. They get it from the supermarket shelf or it's delivered. No problem for them until shelves are empty. Our farmers have the ability to provide our food and fibre but this latest Albanese government is hell-bent on taking more water from farming land and sending it down the Murray River for "the environment"?? Yes, we need to care for the environment but not to the detriment of our food growers and we the consumers. The Greens and animal activists who don't have a clue would like to see us stop eating meat. Fine if that's their preference let them be vegan or whatever but leave us meat eaters alone. Too many minorities have loud, screeching voices unfortunately.

When I was in school 1980's. One of our history classes was looking to the history of the labour and Conservatives. in power. And what we found out that Labour had the worst track record off governing the country. Every time they were in power. They did more harm than good and I haven't seen that change.

I agree with Peter from Kernow (Cornish name for Cornwall), I grew up in a farming area / community in Devon. My father was a farm worker on a dairy farm. I helped out on this farm during hay making and if the cows escaped. It was a good life, but hard. No we never had much financially but I loved walking around the farm.
