@@GlobalDesignHD Maybe but at least we get idea what is going on. I can't understand their language so it's good as it is. Also understand that they do everything by themselves. Most of the time filming, editing, subtitles etc. It's very time consuming and they still need time to work and make money.

I bet it's gonna fool the coolant circuit sensors in a way or the other.

@@fedor5664 Uiteindelijk wel, als de zuigerveren maar goed genoeg versleten zijn of je enorm veel dampen door de carterventilatie terug in 't inlaatspruitstuk zuigt dan gaat ie uiteindelijk best lekker ruiken!
Een auto met slechte zuigerveren die erg veel olie verbrand ruikt vaak ook gewoon naar verbrande olie.
@Fedor, De WD40 ruikten ze toch ook in de video? Dan ga je de siroop ook ruiken. Of heb je de video niet gekeken?
@@Engineer9736 Heb JIJ toevallig de video gekeken? Ze hadden het duidelijk over hoe ze aan de uitlaat gewone rook roken. De grootste reden waarom hij hier zo stonk is doordat de WD-40 in het carter verdampte.

Disconnect spark plugs while engine running, one at a time, see how little the engine can run with, 3?,2?,1maybe!?
We tried this on a 1.5 Civic, ran on 1 plug with heavy vibration, but could still rev to redline.

Bypass the oil filter and add fine sand in the oil. Then after driving check the engine bearings.

Aljosja Hazeleger ligt eraan of je ook nog olie in het Carter laat zitten! Als je die laat zitten gebeurd er niet gek veel. Sterker nog, ik hoor wel eens van mensen die een net gereviseerde 4-takt motor in elkaar zetten hem soms even laten lopen met een kleine scheut 2-takt olie.
That's a proof the Fire engine is extremely tough. Just try with a Opel engine! That 188 punto is one of the strongest cars ever made. In fact, the 1.2 FIRE 8 valve engine is a great engineering result.
I knew instantly the punto would survive this test. the fiat FIRE engine is just one of the best engines ever build.
Old Opel engines (with 8 valves) are also though ;)
@@ytozon1 Jup. but not so old. In that years Opel was producing the 1.0 3 cyl engine and the 1.2 twinport engine. No comparison with FIRE engine!
@@pastoriinmoto8004 i agree that these engines are quite bad, but i had astra f from 2001 (classic version, produced in poland from '98 to '02 for eastern countries) and there was 1.4 8v 60hp engine (x14nz), there was also 1.6 8v available, same in astra g
@@ytozon1 Jup. They were good engines. But 1.2 FIRE (in my humble opinion) still lasts longer while having an higher power/displacement ratio.
Don`t forget the oil filter would have had WD40 in it aswell ,So the engine oil will be thinner yet .
According to legend, the resistance used to put sugar in the petrol tanks of german vehicles during WW2.
Personally I think it is just a tale - sugar was strictly rationed back then, so using it as a means of resistance sounds farfetched unless it only took a very small quantity to cause an engine to seize, but you could try testing how much sugar in the gas/diesel tank it takes to destroy an engine.
The sugar doesn't dissolve in gas. Eventually clogs the fuel filter with undissolved sugar granules. How does he know???? Many years ago, some rat bastard put sugar in my old Model A. The gas tank (gravity flow) was right behind the dash. We disconnected the fuel line to the carb, and kept running fresh water into the gas tank. We stood on opposite running boards and rocked the car like mad, sloshing the water, dissolving the sugar. Rinse repeat until the sugar was gone. Drained all the remaining water, added fuel, and no troubles after that.

Yeah here on the Canadian Prairies our diesel trucks have positive air shut off valves because if you get near an oil rig the fumes around the drill head can keep an engine running (and run away) when turned off so you close the intake to stop it.

Yes it wont start probably, but still interesting to see I think.
But in theory it might start. The exhaust and intake will be flipped. Timing belt might not be tensioned properly, so timing will be bad, electronics will probably go mad. I think older car could start with a lot of misfire and knocking

I was wondering if running a oil change of WD40 would work for flushing out the old oil or other contaminants or if it would work to remove glazing on the pistons on an old engine.
Yes I know other people ran it in the engine only to destroy the engine. I was more interested in its cleaning properties.

I think you flushed it. Removed gunk from parts and it may perform even better now because of better sealing of the piston rings if the rings was filled with gunk. Cool video 😊👍

ik heb in mijn eerste auto te veel olie afgetopt, uiteindelijk kwam al het olie via de uitlaat er weer uit (in dikke witte rook op de snelweg). auto doet t nog steeds :D
