Man my life’s improved so much in the past what’s it been 1 or 2 months. I can’t thank you enough for helping me out. Oh and just to get this out there I sleep for 8-9 hours a day now which has helped so much with my performance in the gym and boxing aswell as just everyday activities.

Idk if anyones gonna read this but recently i've been having some major self-esteem issues like feeling unloveable and pathetic and the constant need for me to be reminded that im worthy of affection. This came to a head last night when I couldn't sleep at all and ended up staying awake the whole night and passing out at 9 AM. I woke up at 3 PM with massive stomach pains (missing the whole school day) and it just kept getting worse. I had a driver training session that i was managing relatively well at first but by 5 PM it was too much and i went back home and by that time I was constantly on the verge of throwing up it was so painful. I was squirming around trying a bunch of different positions to comfort me while also intermittently falling asleep because of my tiredness. Then I turned to this video to comfort me (as well as the majora mask song of healing) just to feel something positive. I keep reading the comment sections and it's genuinenly so nice hearing about people crying from these kinds of audios but they never really had an effect on me which made me feel really confused and disturbed. Maybe its cause of my autism Idk. Maybe its cause my mind thinks that because im this wreck of a person the speaker gotta be bullshitting me or smth (Even when I know that's clearly not her intention). I feel like that squidward meme where he watches spongebob and patrick run around from his lonely house. I also feel like I deserve this fate, because of my retarded actions i took throughout my life. I feel unnerved when I beg for a hug because it feels like I'm just being a big bitch that everyone else gotta deal with. In general I'm very confused about myself and what direction I should take my life in which leads me to these kinds of audios again and again despite them having little to no effect on me. I feel stuck in this horrible cycle that I cant escape from but also feel that I conciously put myself inside of it. Everything just becomes a staticy blur for me the more I think about things. I guess I should end off this vent or rant or whatever if you read this far thank you for putting up with me. Have a good day ig
P.S. Before anyone asks. I have talked to my friends and family numerous times about this, and I am currently in therapy.
