I’m currently mastering this character, have him at Advanced 5 right now. I’ve got one of the three parts to the best upgrade set (the best set is Reload, Ice, and Ammo) which you’ve probably already guessed that the only considerably good upgrade I have for him is Reload. I’m pretty sure he gets Ammo Upgrade at Advanced 9 and Ice Upgrade at Super Elite 5, correct me if I’m wrong.
