    We had a similar meal that Grandma made.. egg, green peppers and onions, shredded potatoes... sometimes cut up hot dogs.. it's comfort food and I associate that meal with great memories... I think it was a great, filling and a tasty budget stretcher ❤

    The white toast ixnays anything healthy you are eating. Drop the toast and sub something more substantial. My mother and father ate white toast every morning for decades and my mother has RA and my father diabetes.

      Lmaooo it's about eating in moderation. People who never smoke also get lung cancer and healthy eating people also get diabetes or cancer
