Don’t worry too much about 2007 they played the Manly ‘backended dealt’ sea eagles. They finally had to put that backended deal making to an end before Dessie came back to Lottoland!
Did Graham Eadie get a mention? 20 caps for Australia, Man-Of-The Match in multiple Grand Finals, 3 Premierships in Australia (and maybe the UK?), Dally M, original NSW Origin side. Talk about an oversight!

Try and get a broad view on these things if you are going to do them. Thurston would never be the player at origin level if Inglis had of been running at him and not off him!
Yes but comments are a place to create banter and debate. And remember it’s just a game of footy we get so serious about. You’ve only got to look at the thumbnail. Beetson front and centre the others running off him. Check the video of Malcom Reilly’s too 5 toughest given Reilly was one of the toughest himself. Thurston would have benefited most. If you were picking a team you’d probably pick Tallis next. Plenty of backs to choose from!

Still a very good player. I still have my doubts even QLDers would pick him in front of Langer. He’s certainly never gonna be picked ahead do Wally or maybe even Locker.
@@kelbrian3307 origin shouldn't be the single way we measure players. Jt was much better than wally at club level and jt was still an amazing player at origin. You say that jt was only good in origin coz he has inglis on the outside of him, but I'd say that inglis was much better in origin coz he had jt setting him up
