Qualification should match the job first.Every one enters the college to get Eng degree as a fresher .All Graduate enter employment without any experience at first but proved their outstanding subsequently. Every baby learns new things. Every one move at top in course of time. Every one has capability and capacity to work.Govt degree as an Eng qualification is not a humpback. This skill that skill are all illusion. Of course the Interview is a screening or elimination test in unemployment world. But it is not the elimination of your qualification,capacity and capability. Only thing that every one - as a student or as an experienced employee -- has to improve communication skill in English for many factors.

First round was group discussion and 10 marks were granted to the guy who will start the discussion. I started the discussion and discussed efficiently. But was failed to crack it. Later on I got that ICICI wants handsome guys with fair color and obedient gestures. I was not one of them. Unfortunately I was rejected. 😔
Who never faced interview for them special tip..... they caught you within a second if you are lying; so do not follow this type of fake interviews..... this girl should be good politician not a good employee..... always tell them truth and they accept what ever you did in past.....
