I live by the sea etc. etc. So happy you finally figured out what is good for you and what is not! I think the most important thing is to listen to our body, listen to US. I do IF and I never felt better, but my doctor recommand I eat breakfast!!! NO! I don't feel good when I eat in the morning! I'n never hungry before around 3 in the afternoon, so I eat then and don't listen to my doctor! All the best xo

Goodness Lisa, you have no idea how much I love videos like this! And I’ve been loving all that info regarding weight lost. I started Keto last week and already los 6lbs. I’m so excited because my joints don’t hurt as much. The reason my joints used to hurt, it’s because I was put under aromatase inhibitor‘s to block my estrogen. The breast cancer I had was feeding of estrogen. I was diagnosed on 2018 and I was 41yrs young. Thanks to you, I got the courage to do this diet. I do not have IBS, so I’m able to have the veggies. I also want to try avoiding the night shade vegetables to see if I improve a lot more. Thank you so much Lisa!

Ohhhhh these videos are so fun! Thank you for sharing these! I just watched a nutrition video today.... they suggested soaking nuts overnight in water with a little salt to ease digestion. Just thought I’d let you know in case you ever think of trying nuts again. I guess there is something about nuts that is very hard for many to digest. Soaking them gets rid of it. He said they are then tastiest if you bake them on a very low setting for about an hour. I might try it.
