Thanks for the video, I have an issue with a s-series boge compressor screw type, it runs but doesn’t load, all solenoid valves are ok, it shows output error and I think it’s because the suction controller doesn’t open to let in air, could you be aware of the cause and what problem you may think it has?
Make sure the oil filters are okay, cause logged oil filters create resistance hence results are high temperature and sometimes overload detected, make sure the air cleaners are okay, and not blocked, test the make sure that the minimum pressure control valve rubber seals are okay with the compression spring well manned
you may need to check the seals in the inlet but that maybe not the problem. the relay on the PCB is always the fault it will work sometimes but not always.

i have an EAU99P that struggles to compress air past 112 psi set point is 115psi. It seems like Unloader valve is working properly. Oil is fresh. Oil filter is fresh. separator is Good. it will stay loaded at 287 290 amps trying to make 112 psi untill the 300amp breaker trips from heat after a few hours. This is under a load of course at the Plant. It will make 115psi if the ball valve to plant piping is closed. no there isnt any major leaks and this just started happening out of the blue
@@nickcarriere8077 kindly check the fan belt if it's worn out or it's okay, and the tension of the motor to the screw casing,.. if the belt tension is loose it means loading past a certain compression becomes a problem, secondly check the size of the receiver tank in relation to work load
@@fredrickkevogo we have two identical compressors. both tied into same system. one reaches pressure no problem and unloads. this one stays loaded at 112psi struggles to go past under the same load the other identical compressor is under

Make sure that the cooling system is completely clean, thermostat should be in good working conditions,... kindly work out on the above factor's and the compressor will be perfectly fine.
@@fredrickkevogoCondensate comes out of the air intake valve of my compressor. The alarm that comes after it shuts down is FAULTY SHUT DOWN ALARM. Condensate also fills the oil sump. The compressor brand is TMC,TAMROTOR COMPRESSOR, SCREW TYPE. Pls help.
@@chukwuemerie good evening first of all, if the water vapor that has condensed mixed with oil through the air intake valve, then it means the valve is not sealing properly, maybe due to some dirt or deposits of particles, or maybe the rubber seal is damaged and therefore closes slowly, secondly , whenever you come across oil mixed with condensate ,it means that the separator cartridge is worn out, that needs to be changed, . Remember highly pressurized air can't hold more or much water . So the water vapor turns into condensation inside the system....,.just change the separator cartridge and check the sealing of the air intake valve

Maximum temperature is 225°F , if it exceeds, the system may start to fail from worn out ring's

Good evening to you too, the air intake valve is closing slow , the check valve mechanism may have stuck, the sealing is not 100%
this compressor has no inlet valve checking system so it will flow oil out the inlet at power loss and other faults.

@fredrickkevogo direct drive 250HP 3phase 480v motor. love joy coupling is tight. motor and air end spin freely. no belt.

Used Altra heat coolant oil for screw type of compressor, or synthetic oil,. Any other oil react and turn out the color to milky
