That last comping pattern has a number of 2-5-1s transformed with tri-chord substitutions at the 5th. I love Rick Udler, I wish I could find more instructional material from him. He has an album on Amazon.
By the way if you learn that strumming he does to accompany some, you’ll be playing “Ska” and if you slow it down, “reggae rocksteady” Damn I love music!

it sounds so easy to play (I'm a beginner- so it's not easy to play for me) but it's very nice to listen to.
nice samba sound...you coud maybe shown the chord grid of showing how the fingers must be placed...it is more understandable...for beginners
