Grant, Ben Bailey Smith, Izuka Hoyle, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Edward Bluemel, Nia Towle, Lydia Rose Bewley, and Yolanda Kettle.
Persuasion is set to premiere on 15th July 2022 by Netflix.

I think I've watched & rewatched this movie about 10 times already. Dakota & Cosmo are both able to convey that longing & that deep, deep love. I love this movie.
I watched it with my daughter, 1100 miles away. After the film ended she called me crying .. When I answered she gasped, "Are you crying too?" --and we wept together. Listening now to the soundtrack I am in tears again. It is exquisite. Poetic and expressive. Emotional. It tells the story for any adaptation. Or reading the book. Perfect.

So touching, I love the 1995 version with Amanda Root and Ciaran Hindes, but will give this a try. You should watch the French Film "The Silence of the Sea" (2004) a wwii love story between a German Soldier and a French girl, deeply moving and profound. There is a Full length version with English subtitles on TH-cam. It just gripped me in ways no other film has ever done. And I have watched a lot of movies (from many countries)...It is not well known because it was a tv film made for the French speaking audience in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of D Day.
I fell in love with both the movie and it’s soundtracks. Jane Austen wrote a masterpiece once again❤️

I've never commented on TH-cam before (and likely never again will). I wasn't impressed by the movie...but kept watching solely for the soundtrack (yes, I absolutely *love* a good score!🥰). As soon as it ended I came to TH-cam to hear it uninterrupted. I only needed to listen once to know I had to purchase it off iTunes. Well worth every penny of the 5.94€. Aside from the fact that it's way too short, I definitely rank this score among my favorite soundtracks -- Amelie, The Intouchables, Inception, Interstellar, Gladiator, Persuasion. Absolutely beautiful.
(Edit as of Sept. 23, 2022: the soundtrack for Athena (Netflix) was really good, too. Hauntingly good)

When this song came on at the end of the movie I was mesmerized. I immediately looked it up on the internet and downloaded it. I'm still mesmerized. I want to get married just to walk down the aisle to this song. I fantasize about my son walking me down the aisle to this song. But alas, that will never happen. But what a lovely thought. To be in love and listen to this. Such an amazing love song. I can't even imagine a love like this.....

Estoy en un grupo de FB y cuando salió la cinta en Netflix .... fue muy decepcionante para la gran mayoría de las seguidoras de la novela JA, la criticaron mucho..... la verdad me ausente del grupo durante 2 semanas, cuando regresé ya solo había reclamos de " ya dejen de hablar de ese fiasco, ya cambien el chip"... a mí me encantó la peli, y este soundtrack.... wowwwww.... lloré como Magdalena toda la noche.... repetí la escena final como 10 veces... la canción es divina..... me encanta, me encanta, toca fibras muy sensibles en mi, precisamente esta foto promocional... woooow.... ¡cuanto amor transmite la actriz!.......💔💝❤🩹💌💙💜🤎💯
