@InsideTheLaw I agree with Mr. Weinstein. Don’t write the judge; it’s useless. I did write the Judicial Qualifications Commission due to the fact that she’s in charge of the courtroom. I feel like she should be doing more to control her courtroom and hold Ms. Love more accountable for her actions. Ms. Love and Ms. Hilton act like teenagers; the way they sit at their table gossiping and laughing; their behavior is disgusting, and yet the judge says nothing. I have videos of Ms. Love looking at Judge Whitaker, and her body language speaks for itself; her body language is just as loud as her big mouth. I don’t know if these men are guilty or not; it’s not my place to judge them, but I do believe they should have a fair trial. That’s why I spoke up. I’d want someone to speak out for one of my loved ones.
It's nothing more than a propaganda show. All incarcerated without conviction, much less been arraigned, are technically innocent, but obviously treated as guilty based on police evidence. I've sat on several juries and all police have lied, and speculated based on stereotypes with no knowledge of reality.
I live in another country and we are literally talking about this trial, the fact that its known internationally how unfair this trial is is mind boggling

Interesting, I didn't think anyone cared enough to notice the injustice done in Georgia court system. I agree that someone needs desperately to look into the unfair situations in a system of "innocent until proven guilty".

I have been on a jury for a murder trial that was 2 weeks long. It was hard to remember all the testimony in 2 weeks, let alone months. No way does the jury remember testimony further back than a few weeks. The defense attorneys have a lot of ammunition for closing arguments, if it gets that far.

I think Judge Whitaker is taking instructions from Glanville and Fanni..thats why she always takes a break to go get her orders(not her choice) and Love knows this that's why she continues. Fanni was having relations with Nut so it is personal for her cause shes upset her dollars got cut off. How is the head DA having a relationship with the head of a drug gang. I guess the same way she was sleeping with Nathan and paying him way more in salary than the job was supposed to pay while he was married...she should be fired along with Love. We still have a legal system in place that should be respected and followed. Everyone deserves a fair trial and this case took away the focus from the victims when the state exhibited such egregious behavior that now the focus is the actions of the prosecutors. While trying to make their case the tactics they’ve used to get testimony felt coercive and predatory and made the public have compassion for these defendants. Just my humble opinion

I learned something new today that the judge and love worked together at the DA office. So clearly, the judge is fully aware of love, unprofessional behavior, and disrespect to the court. And love knows how to push the judge when the judge gave her a stern warning the first week on the bench its all because she knows all about ms love bad behavior and giving her warnings dont mess with me im not the one 😮 When the judge is speaking instead of standing, still like all the other attorneys, ms. Love decides to do housekeeping, constantly cleaning the desk, and having her back turned to the judge, responding to the judge with her back turned the constantly walking back and forth. GREAT EPISODE! Whether death by a thousand cuts or mistrial by a thousand motions, my feeling is the judge will declare a mistrial based on two points. She's not necessarily ordering her thoughts as I do, but their essence will be involved in her decision. FIRST: Perhaps a very complex RICO case makes the best argument, as some are making, that there be established a new profession, that of a trained juror, tested, legally recognized as such, and paid accordingly. THE POINT really is that these jurors in the YSL trial are already lost in the tall grass of this poorly prosecuted case. It's getting taller. It's never going be cut. Love doesn't know how. The judge knows that. SECOND: Perhaps there's out there somewhere a prosecutor and team who could have successfully done with this RICO case the equivalent of what Dr. Christiaan Barnard and his team did with the first human-to-human heart transplant. Ms. Love and her team aren't those prosecutors. This case is far too complex for her. Consequently, the judge is right be frustrated with Love for her technical and ethical shortcomings. Indeed, if Love were able to have managed this case well, her ethical shortcomings wouldn't be as pronounced, IMHO. I believe those shortcomings are her primary compensation strategy for her technical deficiencies.

This PLANNED walk through is a joke ... Nothing Like giving them a heads up & time to clean up. From 1996 - 2013, I have been through many Federal inspections in state prisons, especially since Michigan was under a consent decree for several of those years. As a mental health provider I remember one time when we had four times the normal number of patients on our caseload and the prison was overcapacity... So when the feds announced their planned visit, MDOC rode out a bus load of inmates every day for 1 week so they could show normal case loads and no overcrowding. This sure as hell isn't fooling me.
The way love objected to Steele trying to get the posting of the “RIP to Donovan Thomas” she made sure Gaither understood to say she didn’t see the caption. It was so obvious. Love did not want that in.
If the judge doesn’t hear those things (like Sgt Gaither’s muttering under her breath) does that go on the official record of the trial? If someone in the audience speaks out during the trial does that go on the official record? Can the jury, for whatever reason ask for portions of the transcript so they can read what was said?
I was gobsmacked when I heard Gaither say “Horrible” after Max’s exam; “This Dude” with an exasperated huff during Brian’s exam; then “Steele is horrible” after Brian’s exam. Was clear as day. What a disgusting display of disparaging, unprofessional disrespect as a so called “expert”. Not to mention her oppositional belligerence towards all defense attys questions. Who ever is employing this woman and has given her a title of Sergeant should be ashamed of themselves.
This would be the BEST TIME to go and speak to the State Senate since they're in the middle of evaluating and investigating Fani Willis and the way counties run their systems. Y'all are lawyers and understand whats going on with jails, bail system and court system.

There is no reason for Adams to lie or make something up. Love wants to say she didn’t hear it. Maybe she didn’t. However the judge should have went back to listen. Doug Weinstein certainly seems to have more faith in Judge Whitaker coming around to making future decisions applicable to the laws and within her authority than I do.
I’d really like to believe Whitaker would do so.

I think the jury could also think that the Judge is aligned with the witnesses thoughts bc she didn't admonish her.
I learned something new today that the judge and love worked together at the DA office.
So clearly, the judge is fully aware of love, unprofessional behavior, and disrespect to the court.
And love knows how to push the judge when the judge gave her a stern warning the first week on the bench its all because she knows all about ms love bad behavior and giving her warnings dont mess with me im not the one 😮
When the judge is speaking instead of standing, still like all the other attorneys, ms. Love decides to do housekeeping, constantly cleaning the desk, and having her back turned to the judge, responding to the judge with her back turned the constantly walking back and forth.

I appreciate all of the defense attorneys different styles. It’s just insane this case has taken so long to go to trial & the state still isn’t ready. Love is an embarrassment! Her questioning reminds me of child that gives every single detail of a day in 3rd grade! I yell get to the point constantly during her days long direct!! Mistrial!

Whether death by a thousand cuts or mistrial by a thousand motions, my feeling is the judge will declare a mistrial based on two points. She's not necessarily ordering her thoughts as I do, but their essence will be involved in her decision.
FIRST: Perhaps a very complex RICO case makes the best argument, as some are making, that there be established a new profession, that of a trained juror, tested, legally recognized as such, and paid accordingly. THE POINT really is that these jurors in the YSL trial are already lost in the tall grass of this poorly prosecuted case. It's getting taller. It's never going be cut. Love doesn't know how. The judge knows that.
SECOND: Perhaps there's out there somewhere a prosecutor and team who could have successfully done with this RICO case the equivalent of what Dr. Christiaan Barnard and his team did with the first human-to-human heart transplant. Ms. Love and her team aren't those prosecutors. This case is far too complex for her. Consequently, the judge is right be frustrated with Love for her technical and ethical shortcomings. Indeed, if Love were able to have managed this case well, her ethical shortcomings wouldn't be as pronounced, IMHO. I believe those shortcomings are her primary compensation strategy for her technical deficiencies.

From 1996 - 2013, I have been through many Federal inspections in state prisons, especially since Michigan was under a consent decree for several of those years.
As a mental health provider I remember one time when we had four times the normal number of patients on our caseload and the prison was overcapacity... So when the feds announced their planned visit, MDOC rode out a bus load of inmates every day for 1 week so they could show normal case loads and no overcrowding.
This sure as hell isn't fooling me.
The way love objected to Steele trying to get the posting of the “RIP to Donovan Thomas” she made sure Gaither understood to say she didn’t see the caption. It was so obvious. Love did not want that in.
If the judge doesn’t hear those things (like Sgt Gaither’s muttering under her breath) does that go on the official record of the trial? If someone in the audience speaks out during the trial does that go on the official record? Can the jury, for whatever reason ask for portions of the transcript so they can read what was said?
I was gobsmacked when I heard Gaither say “Horrible” after Max’s exam; “This Dude” with an exasperated huff during Brian’s exam; then “Steele is horrible” after Brian’s exam. Was clear as day. What a disgusting display of disparaging, unprofessional disrespect as a so called “expert”. Not to mention her oppositional belligerence towards all defense attys questions. Who ever is employing this woman and has given her a title of Sergeant should be ashamed of themselves.

I don’t care about Love experience. This lady is unprofessional and her acts in the courtroom is pure ignorance. The tension is coming from the State. I watched consistently since day 10. Love has been yelling, going back and forth with the judge. Love muttered when Shardt was crossing Gaither. I just cannot understand why the judge didn’t go back and listen. There is no reason for Adams to lie or make something up. Love wants to say she didn’t hear it. Maybe she didn’t. However the judge should have went back to listen. Gaither with her smart mouth but when Adam addressed it she said nothing! I’m sick of the state with the unprofessionalism and presenting their case unfairly
