That is reserved for the one where the guys were making fun of the fact Ryder was made fun of for saying he was taken advantage of when he was little.
finn outed santana, he never apologized for it and no one ever called him out on it

Finn was always shown as the hero in everything even with his anger management problems cause he always outed people or said something disrespectful and nobody called him out
He spent a whole episode trying to make up for it which was nice but remember when he punched Rachel’s boyfriend in the face and said “stay away from my future wife” akddjajshaha that writing room was MESSyyyy

Not to mention her family life was kind of perfect. Not shaming anybody for having a nice family life but her parents were rich and really supportive, not a lot of people have that.
Remember when they didn’t give Mercedes the lead in the musical because they didn’t want to upset Rachel? I will never forget that or forgive shue.
LMandthings no they most definitely trying to please her because she’s a white woman. Everyone knew Mercedes should’ve had the part and was better, but to seem fair they split it. They never gave Mercedes the credit she deserved during that entire show.
@@lindsayredditt8026 That is some AU episode you watched. They were torn between two and tried to be fair to both. It was laughable when Mercedes said No one ever wants to hurt Rachel's feelings. They literally insulted her everyday. And nothing about her audition proved she was better for that role. Maria was naive and innocent and Mercedes a was bold and loud during the audition. Mercedes was actually better for Anita. It is a better part too. If Mercedes was so sure she was better she could have proved it. People like to blame Rachel for Mercedes not getting more but in reality Santana came and took her thunder. Rachel was always going to be the lead and for 2 seasons Mercedes was the 2nd female lead in glee club until Santana got more. She even took Mercedes Trouble Tones thunder.
@@annabellechapman795 I saw the entire show and that is false. The others certainly did not tip toe around Rachel to make her happy or not ot upset her. If the directors of WSS wanted to make her happy why audition them twice? When she complained about not getting a song Mr Shue did not give to her form Tina or for Sectionals season 2. She got suspended when others did way worse like property damage and psychical harm. Mr Shue didn't even call on her when she raised her hand. She was slushied, egged and bullied all the times. Insulted daily. Ok, so she got more songs in competitions. Why? Because she worked harder per canon. The kids even gave her the solo, season 1 when no one else was prepares to do a solo after the songs were stolen. The group decided on her original song. Weirdest thing glee was about accepting people for who they were except Rachel who was expected to change and she did. So no what Mercedes said was not true, it might have been her perception but the story that was told on screen did NOT bear that out.
adding to that will would always give Rachel the solos as soon as she got mad and stormed out the class but everytime someone would speak up for themselves and ask for a fail solo distribution he would say they are selfish and throw them out like mercedes wasnt a better singer than Rachel for solos and Santana didn’t give whole ass PERFORMANCES
@@ashleyc9027 that is in correct. When she complained she DID NOT get the song. ie. Tina still got the song Tonight and Quinn/Sam still got the duet for Sectionals. Santana actually got a solo at Sections season 2 even after she treated Finn and Rachel awfully. Santana also was featured in several competition songs.
Sue was the only one that realized Mr. Shue’s only friends were kids and everything he did was creepy
I just rewatched an episode. Finn and Puck joined Mr. Shue’s singing group and they all sung “I Wanna Sex You Up.” I never noticed how bad Mr. Shue was🤢

Mercedes was legit just the sassy, bigger black girl who was pushed to the back of the series until they needed vocal runs or a ballad for Sectionals. And I needed more Mercedes and Kurt and less Rachel and Kurt in the later series. They also completely forgot about her friendship with Quinn (sis let the girl stay at her house AND she was in the delivery room with her, like...what happened to that??)

By the time Brittany was in season 4 still wearing that uniform I was like...put on some pants at least, girl, or change the color of the uniform, I don`t know. It was so refreshing to see her in that "Best grandma", tshirt.

It’s because it signified them being under sue control almost like an army. Sue has said a lot of times that those cheerleading outfits were her way to welcome someone into her “cult” and because sue is mean you have to assume people who are under her control and mean to.
I actually loved this lmaoo Sue was a horrible (but amazing) person so I could definitely see her forcing them to wear their uniforms 24/7. It also made Brittany's transition from Cheerio to ex-Cheerio more entertaining because she didn't have any other clothes. The entire show is just Satire atp
Terrible plot line: Quinn getting into a massive car crash, being fully paralysed waist down but few episodes later she could walk with no hope
Laetitia Campbell literally they only added that to screw Quinn over and to nit have Finn and Rachel get married
I mean they did they say that her spinal cord was compressed not fully severed so there’s a chance for recovery
That was because Ryan Murphy hates Dianna (who did nothing wrong and is the sweetest angel) and he gave her crap storylines
@Dee Ayy Why Night Productions Actually she was making slow progress but was working extra hard, hoping she could walk on stage to receive the award if she ever won it. It was her reason for working so hard, and then Finn went and caught her practicing in the bathroom (standing up with some assistance) and assumed she'd been able to walk, and just faking for sympathy points, which wasn't at all true. He even tried to push her off her wheelchair on the dance floor and was a massive ass to her about it.
@@sweeety969 that really annoyed me, she might've exaggerated her progress a little bit, but it wasn't like she was completely better, she still needed Santana for support.
the whole unique plot is BAD. that was a huge oportunity, unique was a black trans woman, like they really missed that oportunity
unique was absolutely ROBBED and MISTREATED but she also had the best performance out of the entire sixth season, unique had the best voice out of any of the new cast members and was just as good as Racheal, Santana, and maybe even the queen herself Mercedes Jones. The catfishing plotline was HORRIBLE and she deserved SO MUCH BETTER. The other characters CONSTANTLY misgendered her and weren't even held accountable. I would go as far as to say that she was treated worse than Tina. THE TWERKING EPISODE? Unique was HUMILIATED and ABUSED so the glee club could shake their asses. The End Of Twerk was when I knew I hated Will Fucking Shitstir. Unique SANG her HEART out in If I Were A Boy and Mr Schue LET her be treated that way. stan unique slaughter schue

when ryder told the glee club about when his female babysitter molested him and the guys all were denying how that could be traumatic and it was never talked about again.
when kitty made marley get an ed and they became friends after ?
finn’s homophobia & anger management problems (outing santana & constantly ridiculing kurt for being “too gay”)
ryder’s transphobia towards unique
when everyone got mad at kurt for being an atheist (yes he was a bit snobbish at times but that doesn’t mean you can belittle a person’s beliefs)
mr schue singing blurred lines & making his students twerk
how nobody (except santana) realized that mr schue was doing cultural appropriation and everyone got mad at her for it
mr schue planting drugs in finn’s locker
the toxic performance (mr schue doing the performance w/ them)
anything else mr schuester did

1. Finn was never homophobic. He only acted like that because KURT wouldn’t leave him alone.
2. The point of Ryder being transphobic was to show that not everyone is going to be progressive and okay with everything at first. There’s a reason for everything they do on Glee. 😒
That Marley and Kitty storyline still bothers me🙃 its what me stop rewatching glee
YES OMG THE MOLESTING PLOT WAS SO DEHUMANISING AND FORCED
The show treated the LGBTQ+ characters terrible.
Unique: making fun of her, the whole bathroom thing, her cat fishing Ryder, and literally that one time where Mr. Shue “had it” with the glee club because they wanted to do different songs and him yelling at Unique for talking about wanting to transition. And that’s not even all.
Brittany: the ONLY bisexual character on the show. She is constantly hyper-sexualized.
Coach Beiste: first made fun of for being too manly and then they forced the character to suddenly become trans FOR NO REASON! All of the plot lines in previous seasons were about how womanly she can and does feel despite being not conventionally attractive. (I hated this so much. There are actual trans men out there and the show botched any trans storyline)
Kurt: constantly made fun of for his voice. STEREOTYPE gay.
Blaine: not that much of a stereotype but do you guys remember how he thought that he might be bi because he kissed Rachel and Kurt basically invalidated that by saying that “bi is just a station to gaytown” or something like that. And then they just basically showed that Kurt was right and that bi is just a transition phase to gay for men. Idk...

yall still are sleeping on mr peace maker, iconic gay, KURT HUMMEL. his character wasn’t even going to exist, but chris colfer was so TALENTED they created a new character just for him. and kurt’s character developed other characters. he was one of the only reasons rachel stayed tolerable (some of the times, she’s still a grade A brat). he had the humor, the sass, the way he conveyed his lines, and everything else made him one of the best characters on that show.
SPEAK ON IT!!!🗣 he and mercedes are my FAVES and he is constantly paid dust, nobody was doing it like him. he and santana got the best development out of the whole show methinks
The one person Santana couldn’t really come for was Mercedes ... like she said somethings but she couldn’t really disrespect Mercedes because she needed her for almost every challenge, Santana KNEW who and who not to try 🤷🏾♀️

All of these songs are so iconic
The Glee Clubs were losers for all of the first episode. Then they had the top cheerleaders, and 3 football players join the team (one of whom slept with most of the female students) so it lost its "ragtag group of misifts band together" after episode 1. Rachel was believable as a loser because she was annoying. Kurt was believable as a loser because he was a flamboyant gay boy in a rural midwest town, Artie was believable as a loser because he was nerdy and not fit, Mercedes was believable as a loser because the town was so white and kind of racist, and Tina had a stutter and apparently one of the only goth students. And then the majority of the Glee Club became football players and cheerleaders and we're suppose to believe they were losers.
Y'all remember Ryder admitting that he was molested when he was like 10 by an older girl and all the guys praised him?? And they never brought it up again??
One of the most messed up moments in the show they should've never brought that plot in (if you could call it a plot). They treated it so badly

She had so much potential to portray a post partum Depression storyline, talk about her awful father and trauma. could’ve been a great mental health storyline. Also Quinn was definitely Bi or lesbian and they should’ve explored that. Quinn and Santana should’ve dated S4-5. They were so more than friends, the chemistry, tension, the smiles, the glances.. and She should’ve been one of the main people in the quarterback episode and the maid of honour in brittana’s wedding. the unholy trinity deserved more scenes together and performances.

Rachel is the reason you can always find reasons to forgive the bullies in Glee - because she was worse. The bullies, especially Quinn and Santana, were actually some of my favourite characters. Tina was my favourite, but they did her dirty exactly like Bonnie Bennett of The Vampire Diaries. Also, I agree that Mercedes and Artie are the best singers, but Santana is the most versatile and balanced and therefore best overall performer, with Blaine a close second.
I agree honestly. It was hard to root for the bullying victims in this show because for the most part they were shitty one-dimensional characters who were terrible people. Like Rachel who literally ruined the previous Glee teacher's life because she was jealous and wanted more solos or Mr shoe who planted drugs in Finn's locker to trick him into joining the Glee club. It wasn't like something like pretty Little liars or 13 Reasons why, where the bullying is shown to have this huge impact on mental health and actions of characters and for the most part, even if the victims are assholes, you sympathise with them because bullies like Alison DiLaurentis and Bryce and Monty are complete monsters. Like, yeah the victims aren't perfect but they don't deserve to be done like that. While in Glee the bullying is usually just a bit of humiliation like someone being called out in public or having a slushie thrown at them, in Pretty Little liars, it goes so much farther than that. Paige was tricked by Alison into writing gay love letters and had those letters used to blackmail her and torture her relentlessly, to the point where she was contemplating suicide. Toby was blackmailed into confessing to a crime he didn't commit. Even adults were bullied and blackmailed by Alison, who used her friend's dad's cheating to extort $15K out of him.
