If you are looking to study masters in US then your under-graduate CGPA is a one of the very important factors for admission and scholarship. Based on my discussions with few US college advisers, a high CGPA holds good irrespective of which engineering college you graduated from. In top 10 engineering colleges it will be more challenging to maintain a 9.0 CGPA for example when compared to a lesser ranked college due relative competition among cohorts. So if you do not get a top ranked college, you can still work on your maintaining a high CGPA which will always come in handy when applying for higher education in US.

According to 2022 placement only, NITJ ~IIIT Gwalior>>> NITD College life, IIIT Gwalior > NITJ >>>> NITD. Gwalior has better campus and sports facilities and Jamshedpur has more people for mahol. Fests are good in both college. NITD is poor in this regards similar to new IIITs
