This video explains the procedure to identify the controller type and how to go about adjusting the settings of the Bintelli Beyond model (Excar Model M) golf carts. There are many things that you can adjust in the settings including, acceleration rate, throttle response, controller output, vehicle speed, speedometer calibration, battery voltage adjustments (cutout limits etc). This video was made by an actual customer- Matt Young.
Controller identification guide for the ExCar/REVO/Bintelli mentioned in the video can be found here: Bintelli.CartCa...

Many may not know what ExCar is but they are the ACTUAL MFG of the Bintelli Beyond vehicle. They are made 95% in China, shipped to USA in containers 95% assembled. Once they are received at the Bintelli warehouse/distribution center in USA (Charleston) they do the final 5% of the assembly- put the roofs, seats, windshields, ETC on. These are not MADE in USA carts and very little of the actual assembly is done here. Contrary to Bintelli's claims, 98% of the vehicle is built using foreign materials. ExCar has one of if not the best QC practices and in our opinion they do produce THE best import vehicle available. There multiple brands who import this same vehicle and sell under different labels Bintelli just happens to the biggest/largest one.

Great video thank you. What made you pick that over an icon or an evolution? I have an older Tomberlin now and I’m looking at upgrading and just found this brand. My Tom And was doing 30 mph so I like that this will do the same.

I received mine yesterday and it will barely climb my hill that my cricket flies up. Will this improve power on hills?

Hey what do you think about the quality? The way it is constructed and the materials used.
