- On today's Food Guide I dive into the Dallas scene of Venezuelan Cuisine for the first time. Big Yummy off Midway in Addison more than exceeded any expectation I had. Latin American staples such as Empanadas, Pastelitos and Pastalones were served in fresh pastries with toppngs and crust leaving me stunned literally. The Arepa wasn't what I expected, but would more than willing to try again. As for Cachapa's the sweet corn like pancake was the star of the show with perfectly cooked steak to compliment it. I like Venezuela 🇻🇪 hallaca 🫔👌 I also like 👍 the snacks I recommend you ovomaltina 👌😍better that Nutella for me 😅also try cocossette 🥥 🌴 it’s a coconut filling and crunchy waffer 👌 also flips cereal or toops its exact same thing but only the dulce de leche flavor it’s really good specially without milk 😅 pirulin the chocolate everybody loves ❤😅but I prefer coconut flavor
