The Crosman 1077 FreeStyle is all about fun. At the age of 3 score and twenty owing to my health I have sold all my Deer stalking and target rifles ( UK ). Several years ago I bought a Crosman co2 .177 rifle for my grandson who lives in the States ( mum does not like rim of centre firing firearms ). Every time we visit the states we have a great time target shooting the Crosman .177, at this time I am going to acquire one for myself. At our local rifle range we have a number of members whom shoot air weapons for England, lots of expensive equipment but that little Crosman is all I WANT.

7:16 I bought a laser bore sight from Wish and it has saved a lot of time zeroing my gear and my mate used it and saved loads on ammo for his hunting rifles.
What brand of pellets works best for the crossman 1077.🙏

WD40 is the worst oil for o rings, use a silicone oil or grease

How quiet is it?
Actually really quiet for a rifle
I've had my 1077 for a few years now. All of a sudden the gun jams after 2 or 3 shots. The pellets start to come out of the clip and get stuck at an angle. Anyone else having this issue? It happens with all different pellets. Great video buy the way and the little man shoots really well!!

What’s the difference between the rifle, the tac, and the freestyle is it just the look or the performance different
Yeah all looks basically the TAC you can add loads of grips & Sights etc then there is the plane one and the freestyle basically the same

Rats might be harder to kill but will get mice
Grasshoppers are it’s favorite food, small mice are a good too, anything bigger and you’ll probably just hurt it.

small birds, and rats at close range - yes absolutely. I have taken both with a 3.5ft/lb rifle at 15 yards so it will do the job as long as you are accurate and go for the brain.

Is there a way to install a bigger CO2 tank chamber into the 1077 crossman airgun. Powerlet is too limited I wanted a bigger tank that fit into the chamber.? If there is one in the market, how can I purchase or acquire one. Thanks

Your groups would hsve tightened up a lot if you had taken your time over each shot.

How good for doves and pigeons
it would work but I would say 15 yards and have to go for the head
\\if you lean the orange spinner target forward the spinners will stay up. Not a great idea to be forward of the firing point whne the rifle is being fired.
I went through 3 of these guns in 4 weeks time. Everything from co2 leaks to gun jamming. 20 shots max and then the rifle was useless. Tried 3x and have moved on to other air guns.
That’s mad still going strong mine
For the jamming ur using wrong pellets gotta test and find out what works best. The crossman pointed pellets don’t jam at all on mine but u only get 6-12 good strong shots then the other mag will jam. I also have co2 leaking on mine internal where the mag goes had it outside on a cold day for an hour a it leaks now.
