Also, "You Didn't Know" is such a powerful number, really calling out Seraphin and the Exorcist's way of thinking. I especially love when Charlie and Emily sang the refrain of "Hell Is Forever." With new lyrics that fit their point. That part went so hard.

There really is a need for black and white in the world. The series once again raises the thorny question “If Hell is forever, then Heaven must be a lie”. The gray line is very difficult to define. Adam and Angel are proof of this.

On the one hand, seeing the reveal that Vaggie was actually a fallen angel, and how she lost her eye and wings was emotionally heartbreaking. But on the other hand, seeing how Vaggie met Charlie, who instantly comes to aid her, and they started to develop feelings for each other afterwards was pretty friggin heartwarming
And right away, too. It was weird seeing how quickly Lucifer managed to get on his nerves, even before he even said anything to him. He eyes were twitching the moment he arrived.

And if Lucifer happened to win Charlie's favor to help with the hotel, Alastor would not have a place anymore, and he would lose the grip he has. that's why he is mad, he want to be in control, and he can't with lucifer.

im TOTALLY sure Charlie will forgive her for hiding that from her, specially when she learns why she was fallen. If Charlie’s entire project is hinged on the premise that sinners can be redeemed with a second chance, it would make absolutely no sense if she doesn’t allow Vaggie to do the same. The others on the other hand... not so sure.
She herself said it starts with sorry. The only way that I see them not talking about it and making up is 1. if they both just don't know how to talk about it so they ignore it or 2. Charlie gets stressed out about the fact that no matter what she does heaven won't let anyone be redeemed and now she has people to protect.
What if Charlie does not forgive her for vaggie did in her past at extermination? That is why vaggie is afraid of telling the truth of Charlie Morningstar it might break up unless she tries to fix it for what is right to forgive Charlie and let vaggie fear go and accept her action?
Honestly, I think she'll probably be less angry at Vaggie for previously being an exterminator and more for lying to her. It's not like any other denizen of the hotel has clean hands either (except maybe Sir Pentious, though that would say less about his willingness to kill and more about his...ability to kill, or lack thereof).
It explains so much why Vaggie lacks sinful tendencies like drinking, fighting. I read the theories about her being a former angel, but still after seeing this it still came as a shocking revelation. Also it shows how corrupt angels can be. Vaggie has shown more virtue in this scene alone than Adam in his whole 2 episode existence.

Big ol’ lore explanation for you guys: Sinners aren’t the only inhabitants in hell, there are imps, hellhounds, incubus’s and succubus’s, etc. Sinners can’t interact with other inhabitants of hell though, since they aren’t allowed to leave the pride ring in hell. Though creatures born in hell can enter and exit the pride ring at will, that’s why the Helluva Boss characters work in the pride ring. Overlords are just really strong sinners but they don’t stack up to the Seven Deadly Sins or Lucifer in terms of power.
I'll admit, I didn't think this show was gonna be for me going in, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a big smile on my face when I watched the first episode. This is one of the best animated shows I've watched in years!

19:11 man, we all worried about Nifty being near Valentino, but need we forget; Alastor enlisted her services at the Hotel personally. If she’s nimble and menacing enough for his standards, it’s no surprise Valentino couldn’t keep tabs on her. They probably had nothing to actually worry about with her, but it’s still really sweet that Angel/Anthony stood up for her and himself against Valentino. Husk and Charlie really made an impact on him.
I hope emily goes down to hell or something as an act of defiance. Id imagine she would even possibly have a prominent role after this season, which will definitely wrap up the whole extermination thing.
Gotta love how sir pentious is just such a wreck while crushing on Cherri Bomb, but Cherri bomb never really rejects his advances just his nervousness causes him to strike out.
Fun fact, Lucifer is voiced by a main character in the Tangled animated series. Dude has Disney pipes, and is super comfortable flexing those angelic vocal cords.
I absolutely love how they depicted Lucifer. Charlie and Lucifer's song absolutely blew me away with how much the voice actors embody these roles. They passionately put their heart and soul into said songs and vocals. I absolutely love how they depicted Lucifer as a caring and loving father who, albeit he has trouble connecting to his daughter and is a bit of an anti-social goofball, still loves Charlie no matter what and wants to believe in her vision. Still, he sees himself in her and doesn't want her crushed under Heaven's laws/ruthlessness. But despite how scared he is and how much of a failure he feels like, his daughter brings out his hope once again and sees his dream live on through her vision to redeem sinners, so of course, he'd be willing to do anything he can to support her and try and convince Heaven sinners can be redeemed. Jeremy Jordan and Erika Henningson both did a phenomenal job in this episode. I also love how Alastor is the ultimate troll in this show as he already SAVAGELY roasted Vox, and the fact he has the guts to roast Lucifer in front of his own daughter (who seemingly goes along with it) indeed shows how little f***s Alastor gives. I also love that Alastor hasn't sworn this entire time in the show or in the pilot, yet he saved his first F-bomb and said it directly to the King of Hell, Lucifer, himself, he is just a complete legend! I also love seeing Angel in Episode 6 actually stand up to Valentino, even if it will cost him; Husk truly made Angel feel better about himself again, and he's slowly started to change as I Iiked seeing him grow close to the others like Nifty and Husk and even call them his friends. I do wonder who Alastor is under the control of. A lot of people, including myself, have theorised that Alastor is taking orders from Lilith (Charlie's mom), who may have sent Alastor to act as a guardian to protect Charlie and keep her dream alive; after all, both Alastor and Lilith are said to have been seen in 7 years. Yet, Alastor suddenly shows up out of nowhere to help, which seems way too coincidental.
In every reaction video I've seen for this, I absolutely LOVE the fact that people's response to Sera's line "There's a lot that you don't know!" has UNIVERSALLY been some variation of "LIKE WHAT?!"
I think Lucifer just became one of my favorite characters in the show 😊. Jeremy Jordan did such a good job in both voice acting and singing (as usual). "Take that depression" That had me dying of laughter 🤣.
"Take that depression!" I felt that in my soul. Alastor's curse and then jumping in the song and calling himself her Dad both made me near spit take lmao. Also, Mimzy appearing during the song is totally "it ends when the fat lady sings" pun. How to break up the fight before it got physical, send in Mimzy. I have been rocking the songs in my car all day. I sort of love both songs in different ways and can't decide which is better. The battle song cracked me up and I jam it so hard! The ballad spoke to my heart and soul and I cried hard watching it the first time. Poor Husk shaking like a terrified cat had me wanting to hug him so bad. SO THEORY TIME FROM ME! I suspect Alastor did make a deal with Lilith 7 years ago, but have more to back it. Something tells me he was saved by Lilith, maybe from "holy arms". And doing so he willingly entered a contract out of a loyalty debt. He bonded with her like he did with Mimzy so he does have a bigger hatred for Lucifer then just a pride thing. Its funny though that the first time he curses its towards the king of Hell. Got to add on for Lucifer though. His comment about depression and certain idiosyncrasies make me suspect he suffers from deep depression. So much so he unwittingly pushed away his loved ones. I can first hand attest to how depression can ruin relationships of all kinds, I am clinically depressed myself. Self destruction, loss of all hope, spiraling, etc. I suspect Lilith left with Charlie because she could not handle raising Charlie with Lucifer so broken. Whether or not Lilith turned Charlie away from Lucifer, willingly or by accident, I suspect it probably helped estranged the two. The thing is, deep down Lucifer is still in love with Lilith, he still wears his wedding ring you can see it. He was just drowning in the deep fog of depression. During the "More then Anything" song we see a flashback to angels with spears all pointed at him, then he looks at Charlie and see's her surrounded by the spears. He fears above all else losing her to the angels. Now for ep 6, I was also filled with anxiety the whole time! I suspect there is a conspiracy going on in Heaven. They don't really know how a soul gets into Heaven? Just they're winners and sinners go to Hell? Sera looked demonic with the flames in her eyes. Something seems really off. I really hope Vaggie and Charlie dont break, but I love how the theory was proven true she is an ex-angel. So you know a season 2 was confirmed to be in the process so season 1 will end but it wont be the end. Not with how much its been pulling in Amazon Prime, they'll not drop it.
14:53 I talked to my friend about this “reveal” late last night, (I put reveal in quotes, because with her primarily monochrome color palette compared to the rest of the cast, I always believed Vaggie was “an Angel in disguise”). I told them that it bugged me-despite Vaggie being so adept with a spear-why was her hair so long? It’s a small thing, but I say this because usually people in the military or similar positions need to have as short hair as possible, or at least out of the way of their eyes right? But I think Vaggie grew out her hair, because it’s a coping mechanism to still feel comfortable like when she still had her angel wings. Her hair seems to be almost as long as them too. Also explains why she liked going up to the ship near the top of the Hotel. She probably misses flying, so being able to go up there is the best substitute. 🥺
I love how Angel, Husk, Sir Pentious and Nifty really didn't have much place in this episode so they just had them sit off to the side saying ",ohhh drama" and eat popcorn 🤣😭🤣😭🤣😭 Besides you know that shocker with Husk. But yes 🍿
Charlie is a Hellborn, like Imps/Hellhounds/Succubi etc. And we know from ep1 that Lucifer negotiated so that the Exorcists only comes down for Sinners, not the Hellborn, so they are not allowed to attack Charlie. Charlie also mentions being born in Hell in the pilot. Cherry Bomb is also from the pilot. EDIT: I only just now remembered the episode from Helluva Boss involving the Cherubs! They ran a service where souls in Heaven could send loved ones special blessings to protect them and basically take them to Heaven, *regardless* of who they were. People wanted the inventor (whose name escapes me) to come to Heaven as thanks, even though it was revealed in the end that he went to Hell because he experimented on people. But if the Cherubs had won he would've been in Heaven despite that he would naturally be down in Hell. Makes you wonder and question now that we know what we know from Ep 6.
A week ago I never would've thought a show that took place in Hell could be so touching and bring me to tears on more than one occasion, but here we are. 💜

The council is most likely made up of ancient angels aside from Adam and Lute, though I've noticed that no one so far has been addressed as an archangel in the series. Episode 5 just made me love the show even more than I already do. The music is just too damn good idk how they continue to make bops it’s amazing. Jemery Jordan as Lucifer was great casting and his singing voice is just too good like the vocal range on this man is amazing.
Kind of wish we had more episodes to work with in terms of exploring different characters and developing them a bit more throughly for more emotional impact. Like maybe an episode about Charlie’s struggles with her dad and Vaggie’s baggage being used to milk some more drama later on in the series, besides that it’s been a nice watch.
I agree, the biggest flaw of this show is it doesn't have enough runtime to really flesh out its characters the way it deserves. I hope we get more with season 2.
Yeah, I feel like the show could have benefited if it had 12 episodes instead of 8, and maybe had an extra 10 minutes added to the runtime. I think the worst offender is Episode 3; A & B plot could have easily been their own separate episodes.
@@tobsonasanya4765 I've said this else where so Imma just copy and paste: For Carmilla, we don't get the proper build up to care about her or her daughters since we only JUST met her. I feel like Episode 3 could have been split into two episodes, with the whole "getting the Hotel residents to trust each other" to be made first, and the whole Overlord-angel stuff take place in another one. Perhaps the "trust" episode could have one of Carmilla's daughter accidentally wind up in the Hell fight zone that the Hotel group are in and she gets caught by a Sinner who wants to use her to spite Carmilla in some way, and its up Husk, Angel, Nifty & Sir Pentious to save her and get her home safe: Allowing us to SEE the comrade the group gains instead of being told it, and see Carmilla overjoyed that her daughter is safe; thus setting up the fact that she cares about her daughters deeply.
When Husk said Alastor is also on a Leash it implies that Alastor also sold his soul to someone just like what Angel and Husk did. The question is who? Whoever owns his soul is likely much more powerful than him.
Personally, because of the line about there being a rumor that Alastor took up 'holy arms' going around and him getting evasive, I think that Alastor bound himself (perhaps accidentally) to an angel, be that Sera, Adam, or someone we haven't seen yet.

Thing is regarding heaven's stance, I believe falls in line with what Lucifer (Hazbin's Lucifer not gonna argue with religion over this) did. A pleasant little detail that I liked that regardless of being the ruler of hell, he is still a true blue angel. Just forever stuck there now. Lucifer now has always been the same as before being a goofball who thiught that by giving free will good things will come from humanity that would spreaf across creation. Of course this didnt exactly happen. Lilith though is different, she was the first sinner and used her influence to give power to demons. Demons left unchecked, means earth might be doomed and any semblance of peace and order is just crushed with both sides destroying themselves and all creation with it. Adam is an asshole, because while he may been that way since he was created, considering how he lost Lilith to Lucifer. Then those two got Eve to sin and lost his home. Yeah Adam has and feels justified to despise every demon and take enjoyment out of it. So yeah, they are stuck in a perpetual cycle to keep this equilibrium. But, if Charlie can do it, and the tops above Sera at heaven decrees it so, then that means it is possible. Thing is, considering the song Lucifer had in the flashback. It might be possible Lilith doesnt want that. Heck, she might even be opposed to it. We will definitely have to wait and see.

Sera knows what gets a soul into Heaven but can't admit it because it's not 'virtue.' It's obedience. Look at Adam; he's a result of never being punished for the bad choices you made, but he always followed the 'plan' God had for him.

8:30 There aren't only sinners in hell but people who were born there as well, made up of imps and hellhounds (like blitz, moxxie and millie from hazbin hotel, and loona as their hellhound)and even though they are ranked lower than sinners in hell's hierachy, they are allowed to travel freely amongst the 7 rings of hell, while all sinners can't leave the pride ring (where hazbin hotel takes place)

If anything it was that she was lied to this whole time. And charlie having to trust that vaggie actually believes in charlies dream after this.

There really is a need for black and white in the world. The series once again raises the thorny question “If Hell is forever, then Heaven must be a lie”. The gray line is very difficult to define. Adam and Angel are proof of this.
I hope so too. It would be nice to see Lucifer's perspective change, because it seems that he doesn't think free will was a good idea any more after seeing all the sinners that resulted

My only headcanon for this show is Lucifer likes ducks so much because he came up with the idea for ducks when heaven was making animals.

On the one hand, seeing the reveal that Vaggie was actually a fallen angel, and how she lost her eye and wings was emotionally heartbreaking. But on the other hand, seeing how Vaggie met Charlie, who instantly comes to aid her, and they started to develop feelings for each other afterwards was pretty friggin heartwarming

What if Charlie does not forgive her for vaggie did in her past at extermination? That is why vaggie is afraid of telling the truth of Charlie Morningstar it might break up unless she tries to fix it for what is right to forgive Charlie and let vaggie fear go and accept her action?
Honestly, I think she'll probably be less angry at Vaggie for previously being an exterminator and more for lying to her. It's not like any other denizen of the hotel has clean hands either (except maybe Sir Pentious, though that would say less about his willingness to kill and more about his...ability to kill, or lack thereof).

It explains so much why Vaggie lacks sinful tendencies like drinking, fighting. I read the theories about her being a former angel, but still after seeing this it still came as a shocking revelation.
Also it shows how corrupt angels can be. Vaggie has shown more virtue in this scene alone than Adam in his whole 2 episode existence.

Sinners aren’t the only inhabitants in hell, there are imps, hellhounds, incubus’s and succubus’s, etc.
Sinners can’t interact with other inhabitants of hell though, since they aren’t allowed to leave the pride ring in hell. Though creatures born in hell can enter and exit the pride ring at will, that’s why the Helluva Boss characters work in the pride ring.
Overlords are just really strong sinners but they don’t stack up to the Seven Deadly Sins or Lucifer in terms of power.
Also, overlords can be both sinners and hellborn people

If she’s nimble and menacing enough for his standards, it’s no surprise Valentino couldn’t keep tabs on her. They probably had nothing to actually worry about with her, but it’s still really sweet that Angel/Anthony stood up for her and himself against Valentino. Husk and Charlie really made an impact on him.

I absolutely love how they depicted Lucifer. Charlie and Lucifer's song absolutely blew me away with how much the voice actors embody these roles. They passionately put their heart and soul into said songs and vocals. I absolutely love how they depicted Lucifer as a caring and loving father who, albeit he has trouble connecting to his daughter and is a bit of an anti-social goofball, still loves Charlie no matter what and wants to believe in her vision. Still, he sees himself in her and doesn't want her crushed under Heaven's laws/ruthlessness. But despite how scared he is and how much of a failure he feels like, his daughter brings out his hope once again and sees his dream live on through her vision to redeem sinners, so of course, he'd be willing to do anything he can to support her and try and convince Heaven sinners can be redeemed. Jeremy Jordan and Erika Henningson both did a phenomenal job in this episode. I also love how Alastor is the ultimate troll in this show as he already SAVAGELY roasted Vox, and the fact he has the guts to roast Lucifer in front of his own daughter (who seemingly goes along with it) indeed shows how little f***s Alastor gives. I also love that Alastor hasn't sworn this entire time in the show or in the pilot, yet he saved his first F-bomb and said it directly to the King of Hell, Lucifer, himself, he is just a complete legend! I also love seeing Angel in Episode 6 actually stand up to Valentino, even if it will cost him; Husk truly made Angel feel better about himself again, and he's slowly started to change as I Iiked seeing him grow close to the others like Nifty and Husk and even call them his friends.
I do wonder who Alastor is under the control of. A lot of people, including myself, have theorised that Alastor is taking orders from Lilith (Charlie's mom), who may have sent Alastor to act as a guardian to protect Charlie and keep her dream alive; after all, both Alastor and Lilith are said to have been seen in 7 years. Yet, Alastor suddenly shows up out of nowhere to help, which seems way too coincidental.
Ofcourse, Adam would draw that S that plastered the bathrooms of every middle school😂

"Take that depression!" I felt that in my soul. Alastor's curse and then jumping in the song and calling himself her Dad both made me near spit take lmao. Also, Mimzy appearing during the song is totally "it ends when the fat lady sings" pun. How to break up the fight before it got physical, send in Mimzy. I have been rocking the songs in my car all day. I sort of love both songs in different ways and can't decide which is better. The battle song cracked me up and I jam it so hard! The ballad spoke to my heart and soul and I cried hard watching it the first time. Poor Husk shaking like a terrified cat had me wanting to hug him so bad. SO THEORY TIME FROM ME!
I suspect Alastor did make a deal with Lilith 7 years ago, but have more to back it. Something tells me he was saved by Lilith, maybe from "holy arms". And doing so he willingly entered a contract out of a loyalty debt. He bonded with her like he did with Mimzy so he does have a bigger hatred for Lucifer then just a pride thing. Its funny though that the first time he curses its towards the king of Hell.
Got to add on for Lucifer though. His comment about depression and certain idiosyncrasies make me suspect he suffers from deep depression. So much so he unwittingly pushed away his loved ones. I can first hand attest to how depression can ruin relationships of all kinds, I am clinically depressed myself. Self destruction, loss of all hope, spiraling, etc. I suspect Lilith left with Charlie because she could not handle raising Charlie with Lucifer so broken. Whether or not Lilith turned Charlie away from Lucifer, willingly or by accident, I suspect it probably helped estranged the two. The thing is, deep down Lucifer is still in love with Lilith, he still wears his wedding ring you can see it. He was just drowning in the deep fog of depression. During the "More then Anything" song we see a flashback to angels with spears all pointed at him, then he looks at Charlie and see's her surrounded by the spears. He fears above all else losing her to the angels.
Now for ep 6, I was also filled with anxiety the whole time! I suspect there is a conspiracy going on in Heaven. They don't really know how a soul gets into Heaven? Just they're winners and sinners go to Hell? Sera looked demonic with the flames in her eyes. Something seems really off. I really hope Vaggie and Charlie dont break, but I love how the theory was proven true she is an ex-angel. So you know a season 2 was confirmed to be in the process so season 1 will end but it wont be the end. Not with how much its been pulling in Amazon Prime, they'll not drop it.
14:53 I talked to my friend about this “reveal” late last night, (I put reveal in quotes, because with her primarily monochrome color palette compared to the rest of the cast, I always believed Vaggie was “an Angel in disguise”). I told them that it bugged me-despite Vaggie being so adept with a spear-why was her hair so long? It’s a small thing, but I say this because usually people in the military or similar positions need to have as short hair as possible, or at least out of the way of their eyes right? But I think Vaggie grew out her hair, because it’s a coping mechanism to still feel comfortable like when she still had her angel wings. Her hair seems to be almost as long as them too. Also explains why she liked going up to the ship near the top of the Hotel. She probably misses flying, so being able to go up there is the best substitute. 🥺
Just to clarify, Adam is not the only human soul in heaven. Similar to hell's situation, there's a mix of human souls, and hell/heaven borns as well.

Charlie is a Hellborn, like Imps/Hellhounds/Succubi etc. And we know from ep1 that Lucifer negotiated so that the Exorcists only comes down for Sinners, not the Hellborn, so they are not allowed to attack Charlie.
Charlie also mentions being born in Hell in the pilot. Cherry Bomb is also from the pilot.

I only just now remembered the episode from Helluva Boss involving the Cherubs!
They ran a service where souls in Heaven could send loved ones special blessings to protect them and basically take them to Heaven, *regardless* of who they were.
People wanted the inventor (whose name escapes me) to come to Heaven as thanks, even though it was revealed in the end that he went to Hell because he experimented on people. But if the Cherubs had won he would've been in Heaven despite that he would naturally be down in Hell.
Makes you wonder and question now that we know what we know from Ep 6.

A week ago I never would've thought a show that took place in Hell could be so touching and bring me to tears on more than one occasion, but here we are. 💜
15:30 Saint Peter and all of the exorcist angels were once humans, as well as various background angels in Welcome to Heaven. The council is most likely made up of ancient angels aside from Adam and Lute, though I've noticed that no one so far has been addressed as an archangel in the series. Wonder where Michael, Gabriel and the others are?
Archangels are actually lower ranked within the First Sphere in Christianity.
Episode 5 just made me love the show even more than I already do. The music is just too damn good idk how they continue to make bops it’s amazing. Jemery Jordan as Lucifer was great casting and his singing voice is just too good like the vocal range on this man is amazing.
Kind of wish we had more episodes to work with in terms of exploring different characters and developing them a bit more throughly for more emotional impact. Like maybe an episode about Charlie’s struggles with her dad and Vaggie’s baggage being used to milk some more drama later on in the series, besides that it’s been a nice watch.
I agree, the biggest flaw of this show is it doesn't have enough runtime to really flesh out its characters the way it deserves. I hope we get more with season 2.
Yeah, I feel like the show could have benefited if it had 12 episodes instead of 8, and maybe had an extra 10 minutes added to the runtime.
I think the worst offender is Episode 3; A & B plot could have easily been their own separate episodes.

For Carmilla, we don't get the proper build up to care about her or her daughters since we only JUST met her. I feel like Episode 3 could have been split into two episodes, with the whole "getting the Hotel residents to trust each other" to be made first, and the whole Overlord-angel stuff take place in another one.
Perhaps the "trust" episode could have one of Carmilla's daughter accidentally wind up in the Hell fight zone that the Hotel group are in and she gets caught by a Sinner who wants to use her to spite Carmilla in some way, and its up Husk, Angel, Nifty & Sir Pentious to save her and get her home safe: Allowing us to SEE the comrade the group gains instead of being told it, and see Carmilla overjoyed that her daughter is safe; thus setting up the fact that she cares about her daughters deeply.
Fun fact Mimzy has the same va as Spinel from steve universe the movie

my favorite detail is that Sera doesn't refute Emily's assertion that the souls in hell are innocent. She just changes the subject. She knows something about how souls get sent to hell, and she knows it isn't fair, but she won't say anything.

And it's because Vaggie don't want Charlie to get her hopes too high up because this could all possibly fail horribly because she knows how these angles and even hell work! 💔
Lilith's face was revealed in the pilot episode with the family picture frame & Cherri Bomb is also from the pilot episode not just the Addict MV.

Thing is regarding heaven's stance, I believe falls in line with what Lucifer (Hazbin's Lucifer not gonna argue with religion over this) did. A pleasant little detail that I liked that regardless of being the ruler of hell, he is still a true blue angel. Just forever stuck there now. Lucifer now has always been the same as before being a goofball who thiught that by giving free will good things will come from humanity that would spreaf across creation. Of course this didnt exactly happen.
Lilith though is different, she was the first sinner and used her influence to give power to demons. Demons left unchecked, means earth might be doomed and any semblance of peace and order is just crushed with both sides destroying themselves and all creation with it.
Adam is an asshole, because while he may been that way since he was created, considering how he lost Lilith to Lucifer. Then those two got Eve to sin and lost his home. Yeah Adam has and feels justified to despise every demon and take enjoyment out of it.
So yeah, they are stuck in a perpetual cycle to keep this equilibrium. But, if Charlie can do it, and the tops above Sera at heaven decrees it so, then that means it is possible.
Thing is, considering the song Lucifer had in the flashback. It might be possible Lilith doesnt want that. Heck, she might even be opposed to it. We will definitely have to wait and see.
Only 3 more episodes, then we have to wait for who know how long for season 2. 😢

Sera knows what gets a soul into Heaven but can't admit it because it's not 'virtue.' It's obedience. Look at Adam; he's a result of never being punished for the bad choices you made, but he always followed the 'plan' God had for him.

I personally think that Emily and Charlie are stepsisters. Come on, they are basically twins, they even have the same expressions. Imagine what a plot twist would be for season 2 discover that Lucifer had a secret affair with an angel

8:30 There aren't only sinners in hell but people who were born there as well, made up of imps and hellhounds (like blitz, moxxie and millie from hazbin hotel, and loona as their hellhound)and even though they are ranked lower than sinners in hell's hierachy, they are allowed to travel freely amongst the 7 rings of hell, while all sinners can't leave the pride ring (where hazbin hotel takes place)

The funny part was when lucifer was talking about sinners always showing their bad side due to the loan sharks. Those guys where hellborn creatures not sinners so he kinda burned himself.
When said to Emily if you start to doubt you’ll become fallen like Lucifer. Lowkey it’s definitely a threat cause sera was the one who kicked Lucifer out of heaven in the first place. Sera saying that to Emily is just saying if you doubt me and heaven rules, I’ll kick you out.

I wonder if maybe vaggie was charlies inspiration for redeeming sinners and now that shes knows vaggie wasnt a sinner all along, but a fallen angel, this will shake some of charlies faith in her dream. Also, i think adams wrong that charlie cant forgive vaggie for killing sinners while she was an exorcist. It was all vaggie knew and she made the decision on her own to spare that sinner. If anything it was that she was lied to this whole time. And charlie having to trust that vaggie actually believes in charlies dream after this.
Vaggie being an Exorcist angel was very shocking for me too! It explains why she was eager to help Charlie save sinners instead of having the Exorcists kill them off!
It also explains why Vaggie doesn't seem to have nearly as many vices as others aside from slight anger problems.
