i mean considering you can get a 5% skill damage skin for openfield its prob isnt. its more of a flex or status symbol for someone to hoard and get it

You need to hoarde over 10 years of speed ups but it depend on the server , if your in low seed server like B - D , It probably be less effort to obtain. But attack is not really recommended in my opinion. Best health or defense or overall Troop health or Troop defense. If a F2P wants zenith skin , That's the last thing you'll ever go for after having full 5 march with meta marches, special talented legendary gears with level 5 iconic for all your marches and perfect armaments for all your marches. Then I would suggest a free to play to go for zenith.

Why wouldn't you just give one march +200% attack/+5% health and give the other march +215% attack?

Don't waste relic crystals for martel. He's not good in SOC and relic crystals are hard to get. Save them for a SOC commander. Only 2 commanders you might consider is YSG and Alex, but the others I'd skip for now
