Well infantry get RagnardP not with cycle , cava get Arthure also not with cycle and both are crazy OP , ingenerie get Étienne and John , and cava going to get Subutai for rally ! I guess before they release new infanty cycle they need to give us a big fat EoA archer commander to balance ⚖️ all this ! Archer are so far behind now its a shame ! They can wait to August/ septembre to give us new archer it’s ridiculous .

I dont think inf will get a good commander this time, if anything it’s a mid aoe or a single target smite . Right now infantry does not anything but pairable commanders not OP ones, 9:21 i dont think normal boosts shajars damage???

Will a smite damage Commander results in Gorgo being used in the field again? Gorgo primary biggest advantage is her reduced range cost. Also, it's going to be a garrison commander next cycle.

Theres an enormous difference between LC and Arthur when you look at ALL aspects of field fighting, particularly in rally and flag swarming. In order to get the full potential of Arthur, he can ONLY attack field troops. He loses a bunch of his kit outside of this action, and that SUCKS. That said, LC can be used in every aspect of field fighting, and is very powerful in all of them. The niche role of arthur in the field kinda reduces his value in terms of investment. And not even close to comparable with LC. Swarm a flag or rally, and you'll see what i mean. Edit: for clarification, arthur loses 30% attack, 20% health, 20% skill damage bonus, 20% combo damage bonus, and the potential to reduce rage and/or increase march speed by 30% for 3 seconds. Thats just fckin nuts.

Shajar sucks rn if not used behind phillip as a 7th support march. Phillip is the best. And guan Alex deserve niche and ysg and nebu should be higher than boudica. And William is better than beli prime but other than that I agree

So about to enter my first kvk and i wanna save heads for 2 soc commanders. I wanna be a archer main so the 2 commanders i was gonna save for were gonna be. 1 Zhuge liang which i know is really good. But then the second being boudica prime which i have heard vert mixed things about her. I just think they both look really cool and want to get them but dont want to greif my account. What do you think?

Phillip shajar is a purely supporting march. For 5 marches you want all dps using phillip with liu che or ragnar or zhuge or ash is better because you maximize damage . You should only really do phillip shajr as a 8th march. Phillip damage with aoe commanders is crazy good its not worth using him purely support until you go 7 marches

Byzantium is a terrible terrible civ. Just be germany if you're a cav player, there's zero reason to not use it till a lot later if you want to go Ottoman once you have other marches too. (There's also no way you should get Nevsky over Huo for your 1 soc cav march)

No way Nevsky is best invest. He is good with Arthur but Alex was too and he wasn't best invest either. If you do a single cav march and you are new in soc, Philip Arthur has the most potential, otherwise Huo/Arthur.

You say F2P in the title, and you're giving endgame commanders and builds... Instead of talking what's best for an F2P player to pick. Infantry, Cvalry or Archers... Which Commanders to pair at the start of the game. Which ones to focus on later. You're talking about the best pairs in the game, which i won't get in a million years... That's not an F2P guide brother. And it does not help not one bit..
