Thank you for the great courses and reviews of various topics. Your youtube page was the one that made me pick up a pen and start drawing. I want to get good at "loose line" drawing, but have spent too much time watching videos and not started the actual drawing. So thank you for helping me to finally dare to open the drawing pad and get started.
Love this one. I'm primarily working on developing a version of "Urban Sketching" style. I'm finding your vids invaluable with regards to developing a loose style of drawing to then add watercolor on top of without the drawing part just being sloppy LOL. Your approach to drawing "marks vs lines" is perfect for what I'm working on.
@stephentraversart Greetings from Canada. I'm not sure if you can see my sketch in this link, but I think it was too complicated a building for a beginner. drive.google.com/drive/folders/11AH33SW06nqr2wxNK9vbNJY5rqOjfrfV
Greetings from Arizona, USA, Stephen! I appreciate that you mix in various levels of skill.
I appreciate that! Thanks 😀
Thank you. this is a good tip. The eye can be deceiving with slightly sloping lines.
Mine certainly was!😆
@@stephentraversart oh no not you. Me. You are our maestro.

That’s exciting to hear. Watching videos on drawing is not drawing. You’ve learnt an important lesson there. 😆. Have fun
Thank you. I will rewatch this and try it
Please do!😀
