Nice little radio and feature rich. Nice bluetooth to pair ear buds/earpiece/car radio etc. (very rare feature on budget radios) If TID can lay out the screen and menu in line with modern standards, more channels and Zones it would almost be the perfect budget radio.
Like this little radio and you can unlock them to do HAM, GMRS and everything. There is a weird programming glitch though. I had to unlock radio, then read with ODMaster via Bluetooth, program in one GMRS channel and write it. Then I could use CHIRP from that point on but if I did not I would get “this radio incompatible with those frequencies” error in chirp!!
I tried to mash out a few touch tones with the keypad does not work unless preload the DTMF button... What's up with that. Should be able to hit the PTT and send a desired tone ...Am I doing this all wrong..??
I can not figure out how to send a tone signal from this radio (It beeps into the selected channel with the desired tone 1000, 1450, 1750 (basic setting), 2100 Hz). Tried as written in the instructions: hold [PTT] + [ LAMP ] key (upper and lowest button) does not beep it. Tried to reassign the lower button from Lamp to Tone also nothing happens. It does not beep into the channel with the tone I need. What am I doing wrong? Who can check on their own works or not. P.s. firmware: item 42 is written version 240229 (it was when I bought it).

You recommend place where I can find out how to turn it on, just joking, but I’m almost at that level. I have no idea how to program this thing. Any help would be a huge boost cheers.
Hi got my TD-H3 today how do you do Dual watch on the AM band for the air band I have found the fm dual watch but not for am what steps do you put it on for the airband I got told it's on 8.33 but this radio dose not have the 8.33 this radio as 2.50 5.00 6.25 10.00 12.50 25.00 50.00 so what step do I put it on will I need another antenna to pick up the ships for that band as for the airband I bought a longer antenna just for the 108-136 can you buy a marine antenna to fit this mobile radio just asking your videos are very good would love to learn ham what do I need to do and is the test easy or hard cheers

On the official website I find only the programming software. Thanks. Still very good radio, with a higher build quality than the Quansheng K5. The reception is also good, the keyboard is only a little small.
A very nice and elegant radio but the audio in AM air band mode sounds terrible, raspy, hoarse, the audio is not clear, this in weak signals, I can imagine how awful it will sound in strong signals, definitely for now unless they update the firmware. If you are looking for a radio to monitor aviation, this is not the radio, it is not a receiver for the Air Band.

I'm very curious about these radios. They are basically twice the price of Baofengs. Anyone think they are worth it or not worth it? I'm very sick of seeing everyone from Tidradio saying 10 watts lol. It's definitely worth a little extra money because of the Bluetooth feature. Very disappointing they didn't add Bluetooth audio for real. It's said that the Bluetooth adapter works on Baofengs and most others. If that's the case what are the Bluetooth buttons on the radio for? Edit, oh I think I'm seeing this radio and some others actually have built in Bluetooth. So the adapter doesn't come with this radio or have anything to do with it.
