Fail Pizza with Expert Grill 15" Pizza Oven v

I knew this pizza was not going to go well but I was getting heat exhaustion and ready to wrap up the pizza baking session on this really hot day.
The issue is we put down slices of fresh mozzarella as the first layer on the dough and we didn't dry the water off the cheese so the pizza stuck on the peel. It was heavy by the time we added the sauce and shredded cheese.
