upto 1985 i was in medical final yrs , only hostel tv , exams , many matches couldnt watch , earlier i was young boy and matches in austraalia me and my beloved father watch almost night or early fajar namaz timing , just remind good memories of my father watch these , in almost 1987 my father expired in hospital my father admitted and confirmed last days he said switch on world cup on tv i m going to die but lets see finals i dont remember which yr world cup was then thanks
40years later, and it's interesting to look back on those days. The Windies were virtually unbeatable, and the Australians really had their hands full just trying to make a game of it. Of course, the wheels finally turned, tho it truly is sad that the Windies have declined so markedly, particularly in red ball cricket. Thanks for the upload 😁👍
Thanks for the upload mate. Geez I miss those days. A bit in it for both bat and ball. A real genuine contest. Can't get my head around the modern game and 350 plus being a normal score.
Enjoyed Bill Lawry and Keith Stackpole (both Victorians, and i'm pretty sure Stackpole coached him as a junior player) make several excuses for why a very young Dean Jones dropped a couple of catches. 😀
Watching these matches of WI in the 80s I am convinced that Australia during 1999 - 2009 was a superior side than them. They would beat them regardless of which era the matches were played in.

It’s madness!
I watched every cricket game since I can remember. I was 7 years old and remember this game. Awesome memories as a kid. Still my favourite sport.

I was there. Great thrill watching Kim Hughes playing a marvellous innings 😎🏏
The Windies were the masters of runouts ! Legendary
Well come back after Long time another wonderful upload keep it up.
"Dean Jones trying to hide the pain. As any Victorian would" - Bill Lawry
A West Indian Team which really was a nightmare for the rest ! ! !
Made this Aussie team look ordinary. Not an easy thing to do.
Great knock from Michael Holding. Huuuuge 6 late In his innings. .

This deserves 1080p. C'mon people who's with me?
Back when the kids could sit on the ground, bring back the 80s.
Great Job Mate

Kim Hughes was run out easily before getting to fifty. Dean Jones was lbw to Micheal holding. Even Clive Lloyd escaped a run out bid.
Holding hitting a powerful 50 to make Windies believe to win, but alas, the Aussies won it.
Richie Benaud uses forgotten language when describing Clive Lloyd as "...playing 'Doggo' " out there.....
Waiting for England Vs Zimbabwe 1994-95 WSC both games but Brisbane one preferably...
Wasn’t Kim Hughes a bank manager with Town & Country?
Australia played with 13 players!
No HD?
720p the source video is 1080p but dont have time to edit it just yet.
